Me mandaron el ticket una hora antes del ingreso y yo me encontraba haciendo otro tour. Pedí por favor que me lo envíen para el día siguiente y con. Tiempo y Nunca me contestaron. Perdí mi tiempo y mi dinero.

Nos han robado los 152€ y nunca nos…
Nos han robado los 152€ y nunca nos enviaron las entradas. La dirección de correo electrónico para reclamar que indicáis en su página no existe. Mis correos me los devuelven diciendo que no existe. En fin, he intentado ponerme en contacto por el chat y tampoco. Nos han robado los 152€ por 5 entradas y quedamos sin poder entrar en Sagrada Familia. Esta empresa es una estafa!!! Y sale primera en la búsqueda… y no sabes si es oficial o no. Necesito la devolución de mi dinero. Y no lo voy a dejar así. Mañana iré a la policia para dejar una denuncia. No sé porque aún siguen funcionando cuando hay tanta gente robada y todos lo hablan en voz alta, dejan los comentarios, valoran su experiencia… y nada🤬

Monumento fantastico, nulla da dire. Non siamo stati contenti del trattamento dell'agenzia che ha rilasciato i biglietti: con 38€ ci aspettavamo di salire sulla torre, ma così non è stato. Praticamente abbiamo visitato solo le navate come chi ha pagato 28€. Ho chiesto spiegazioni via mail, ma è stata respinta. Spero di avere chiarimenti da qui.

We did not receive tickets after…
We did not receive tickets after payment. Despite the claim of 24/7 service, we did not get a response to our inquiry on our tickets until the next day. Also, the time slots you could book tickets for on the website appeared to not be available. The next day we were offered tickets for a different time.

The purchased ticket is 11 euros more…
The purchased ticket is 11 euros more expensive than the official website. The most annoying thing is that the electronic admission ticket has not been received after the admission time. In the end, I was disappointed and gave up. I applied for a refund before sending the electronic admission ticket to us.
