Its so confusing. I paid 76 Euro with my credit card but, on the email, it shows 52 Euro. What happen to the 24 Euro.

Es un lugar impresionante. Sensitivo y Magnánimo. tendría que ser más sencillo la audioguia, yo como turista NO tenía internet y perdí mucho tiempo tratando de resolverlo hasta que una señora de seguridad me dio la opción de la audio guía que entregan ustedes. Tendría que haber sido más ágil.

Went onto their website to buy tickets for the next day to SAGRADA familia. We put in the 20/01/2023 placed the order and thought everything was fine. Got to the church and only then realised that the ticket had changed the dates to the 19/01/2023. We then had to repurchase tickets through the app as the church said anything bar the app has nothing to do with them.

J’ai adoré
J’ai adoré! Par contre, je suis déçue de ne pas avoir pu visiter la tour de la Passion parce qu’il ventait trop 😢. Je ne sais pas quand je vais revenir à Barcelone et avoir l’occasion de revenir visiter la Sagrada Familia 😢. La basilique est magnifique 🤩. On a d’ailleurs fait un don à la sortie afin que cette oeuvre soit finalisée 😌

Angry at over priced Online tickets from 'unofficial website'
we were disappointed not to be able to 'pay on the door' at Sagrada Familia. We reluctently bought tickets online and were very Angry to find others people with tickets from the 'official site' had paid 30 Euros LESS than us.
We would like that money refunded!!!

A SCAM
I realized that this was not the official website and they charged me 38€ instead of 28€ that the official website is charging. Even though, they use the official app of the Sagrada Familia which is not theirs. I consider the website a scam
