This is a scam. I paid €100 for 2 tickets which never arrived. No customer service response so we were left with no way to get the tickets and no refund. How this website is allowed to operate is a mystery...

Ho acquistato 2 biglietti per la visita della Sagrada Família in data 25/02/23 e non li ho mai ricevuti!Ho contattato il customer care e non ho avuto alcuna risposta! I soldi però sono stati scalati! Ho dovuto rinunciare alla visita con grande rammarico, chissà quando potrò tornare a Barcellona!

Engaño. No es el sitio oficial.
...seamos claros y directos: este no es el sitio ofcial de compra de tíquets. Pagan para aparecer primeros en el Google (y esto hace caer en la trampa como usuario), pero no lo es.
El sitio oficial es: sagradafamilia.org (y está, por defecto, en catalán).
Este sitio (sagradafamilia-tickets.com) no gestiona entradas reales, y te dejan tirado a las puertas del templo, sin las entradas (que no tienen). Haciéndote, en mi caso, quedar muy mal con el compromiso de visita que tenía.
Además, las venden casi un 50% más caras que en el sitio ofical... ¡una vergüenza!
El servicio de atención al cliente (support(a)sagradafamilia-tickets.com) es nefasto, pero seguramente debido a la gran cantidad de quejas de los clientes...
En mi caso, me vendieron entradas (que nunca llegaron) un día que ya estaba todo lleno (me lo confirmaron luego) y sigo tratando de obtener una respuesta al proceso de devolución.
Espero que de algún modo esta crítica pueda servir a otros potenciales usuarios a evitar ser engañados/estafados.

Arnaque! A fuir!
Déjà le prix est très élevé par rapport aux mêmes services proposés par d'autres sites : 114 euros pour 4 contre 70€ sur le site officiel de la sagrada. Je me suis trompé sur le jour de la visite et ils me proposent de les racheter pour avoir un remboursement! Bref, à éviter! D'ailleurs, les avis parlent d'eux mêmes! Jamais aucune solution trouvée.

Una estafa
Una estafa, compré mis tickets y nunca los recibí. Y la única respuesta desde soporte de la web es que no tienen el correo registrado. Claro! por eso nunca me han llegado las entradas. Lo que si el movimiento de la cuenta bancaria si lo tengo. No recomiendo compren en esta web, no hay forma de comprobar la compra ya que no te piden crear un usuario en su plataforma, no queda evidencia si no te mandan el correo.

Te cobran las entradas y puede que no haya para la hora seleccionada
Anoche compré dos entradas con acceso a las torres.
Inmediatamente recibí la confirmación de pago tanto por mi banco como por su correo de confirmación.
Al ver después de 10h, que no me llegaba un email con los tickets comprados, les he escrito a su servicio y, para mi sorpresa, resulta que no quedaban tickets de la hora que yo había comprado.
Deberían de habermelo comunicado antes de pasarme el cargo, no al consultarlo yo a las horas.

The company sent me the wrong date tickets, which seriously affected my journey. They made the mistakes but refused not to refund or took the responsibility. They said that the customers could email them at their website or email. I sent two emails, but no one answered. Clearly, cheating again. I hope the Spain government can stop this company from this fake selling company. Also, the owner of this company can be accused by law.
