Diese Webseite täuscht (über Graphiksymbol und den Namen der Webseite) vor, die Original-Webseite der Sagrada-Familia für den Online Ticketkauf zu sein. Eine Kontaktadresse und das Impressum entsprechend den EG-Richtlinien fehlen. Aber erst nach der Bezahlung des um 46% überhöhten Preises wird dann über die Original-Webseite die Leistung gebucht. Das Normalticket für 26€ wird für 38€ vertrieben. Anstelle von 104€ wurden für 4 Normalkarten über die Kreditkarte 152€ abgebucht. Die ausdruckbare Rechnung weist nur den Gesamtbetrag von 96€ aus. Kauft Eure Tickets lieber gleich über die Original-Webseite und ihr spart Geld.

Avoid avoid avoid.. ticket-sagradsfamilia.cim is a scam company based in Estonia. They take your money then don't send you a confirmation with ticket. Then when you finally track them down. Say they sent ticket and no refund. All the tickets offices around the church said they are inundated with people caught out by them. Avoid and report to police SCAMMERS

J'ai commandé deux billets pour la sagrada familia pour un tarif total de 90€ , mes deux billets ne m ont pas été restitué on m a parlé d un remboursement que je n' ai jamais reçu!

Segnalo anche io quanto recensito da molti altri, ovvero acquisto andato a buon fine con soldi scalati e biglietti mai arrivati … mi chiedo come mai il sito sia ancora attivo nonostante tutte queste segnalazioni
Aggiornamento: ritorno su questa recensione solo per precisare che in effetti ho poi ricevuto il rimborso. Rimane il disagio di questo malfunzionamento (a quanto pare molto frequente) e, ad ogni modo, è senza dubbio preferibile l’acquisto dal sito ufficiale della Sagrada Familia

Horrible, desesperante, carísimo. Compré las entradas hace meses para asistir el pasado día 30 de diciembre. No recibí ninguna confirmación a pesar de escribirles cada semana hasta unos días antes. Finalmente conseguí hablar por teléfono con ellos, y mediante whatsapp me enviaron las entradas (MyTop Tour).
Finalmente, todo y la incertidumbre de no saber si entrariamos o no, y si tendriamos guia a no, conseguimos acceder al templo.
El precio, un autentico atraco. La visita guiada a la Sagrada Familia en las taquillas oficiales vale 30 euros, y a mi me cobraron casi 50 euros por cada entrada.
Contrariamente a todo lo relatado, la visita el día 30 de diciembre por la tarde fue una experiencia fantástica, y la guía nos fascinó. De aquí mi puntuación de un uno.

A complete deception
A complete deception. I feel completed suckered and nauseous and sick to my stomach that I fell for this. These sleezeballs have completely ruined my day.
It's made to look official (except in the fine print nobody reads) and has a .org to complete the scam. If it's a .org where does the money go? Or is that part of the deception?
Tickets arrived but I can't even tell if they're official (even their email says tickets aren't official) but what I do know is they charged 2x for zero additional benefits. They survive based on a deception.

Una nueva práctica que está realizando la empresa es volver a enviar cargos a las tarjetas de las que disponen de toda la información y códigos de verificación. A mí me ha pasado. La recomendación sería bloquear toda tarjeta utilizada como medio de pago en este portal.

El error fue mio.
Me estafaron. Compré mis tickets 2 semanas antes me fueron cargadas en mi tarjeta y nunca recibi los tickets ni correo de confirmación. Debo retractarme, finalmente si recibí los tickets y el error habia sido mio. Mi visita a la Sagrada Familia fue un éxito.

Grosse arnaque ! Un site sponsorisé qui ressort dans les premiers résultats de Google et pourtant je n’ai pas jamais reçu les billets.
Le site paraît de confiance, on choisit son créneau, son tarif. Cependant, je n’ai jamais reçu de billets soit disant, mon créneau n’était plus disponible et je n’ai jamais eu d’autres nouvelles.
Je suis d’ailleurs intéressée si jamais quelqu’un a réussi à se faire rembourser !!!
Très étonné que ce genre de site existe encore au vu du nombre d’arnaques, 152€ dans le vide ça pique pour une étudiante
