Sabo deserves negative ten stars the absolute worst company. USA customers to not use them they do not protect orders it “arrived” three weeks late and was never delivered to me when I complained to company they did not one thing and never filled a claim or reimbursed money. Do not purchase from them. I am currently filing a complaint with us about this fraudulent company.
Not worth the price - transactional & disappointing
I used to be a huge fan. Great designs, beautiful quality, personal service. In the last couple of years the standards dropped. But the worst thing is the prices have gone up substantially & the quality as well as the service have gone downhill. It’s really disappointing. Last order I never even received. Payed $236 for a jumper & shorts. Haven’t heard from saboskirt for over 2 weeks. Not even thank you for being patient, we will post your items as soon as possible. Tried to email them about my order but it bounced back. Honestly so sad. It has become transactional & not worthy. I do not recommend.
Will not ship full order and will Lie when you follow up
I ordered 4 items. They did not ship one of my items and failed to informed me. They lied to me stating they did send it when I followed up. Do no buy from them, they will not fulfill your entire order. Lie and say they shipped it out and then they will asked for supporting documents and ask not to send multiple emails. Their support team is horrible not to mention they confidently lie and there is better stores to give your business to.

Misleading! Ordered £1000 worth of clothes to then be told I’ll have to pay 360 for shipping. Didn’t mention anything at checkout other than free shipping to uk. No reply on email when trying to get in touch.
Bad experience and incredibly expensive and confusing return process
Bad experience. The customer service email does not work and the returns are crazy expensive. No one could give me adequate help to get my return sorted. I tried generating their return label online via their website and it was so confusing. It kept generating (3) labels at $20 each meaning I’d have to ship (3) different packages. I finally gave up and paid $60 to return my items. It is absolutely wild that they expect customers to pay that much for a return. I would not buy from them in you’re in the US. Trying to figure this out has taken up my entire week and cost a lot of money.
Terrible Costumer Experience
My experience with Sabo Skirt has been deeply disappointing, primarily due to their lack of effective customer service. After multiple unsuccessful attempts to contact them via email, I resorted to commenting on one of their Instagram posts, which finally prompted a response. This approach highlights their tendency to ignore clients until their reputation is at stake.
In response to my Instagram comment, they claimed that I was sending too many emails and referenced an automated response asking customers to wait 1 to 4 business days. However, I never received such an automated response, which further illustrates their unprofessionalism. Had I received a clear communication initially, I would have waited patiently and avoided this entire ordeal.
Even after finally engaging with their customer service, the assistance provided was insufficient. When I inquired about the process if my parcel was returned to Australia, I received no helpful guidance. Instead, their last email requested that I "restrain myself from commenting on my experience on social media," a request that I find both audacious and unjustified given their lack of support.
Despite their statement, Australia Post was capable of resolving the issue, and I managed to obtain my parcel only after extensive effort on my part. I spent over 72 hours making phone calls and visiting the post office, ultimately sacrificing my lunch break to pick up the package. This entire ordeal was exacerbated by the initial mistake of providing the wrong address, yet the lack of response from Sabo Skirt only added to my frustration.
In conclusion, my experience with Sabo Skirt has been marred by poor communication and inadequate customer service. I feel compelled to share my experience publicly to inform others and encourage the company to improve their service. It is my right to express my dissatisfaction, and I hope this feedback serves as a catalyst for change.
I strongly advise against spending your money at Sabo Skirt. No cute print, blouse, or pants are worth the terrible customer service you might encounter.

Wish I'd read reviews before ordering from UK- this is a copy of the email I have just sent the company in order to illustrate my experience
"I placed an order with yourselves 26th April, I added more and more to my bag in order to fulfill the required amount for free UK shipping and nowhere at all obvious did it indicate that I would be hit with a huge customs order on arrival to the UK. It isn't stated before purchase, it isn't stated on the confirmation email, however there is a huge banner at the top of the website to entice retailers to spend more for free delivery, and in meeting this criteria you open yourself to these huge charges for goods worth over £139. A customs bill of 40% of my bill, I'm devastated, this is crazy money. They will hold for 21days before returning to sender- what, can I ask will happen then? If its returned will I get charged a return delivery fee?? Will I get a full refund??? I would like clarification on this ASAP. What you're doing to UK customers is disgusting"
Cheap and unprofessional
Bought an Ashton jumpsuit, only got to wear it once before it started falling apart. Expected better quality given the jumpsuit was $84. Commented my concerns on their Instagram and they just deleted my comment. Very unprofessional, will never shop here again.

They sent me a defective garment. I sent pictures with measurements as compared to the item specific size chart. Denied it was defective insanely unhelpful - disputed with my bank.

The quality definitely didn’t match the price. The dress cost 170 dollars so you wouldn’t expect threads to hang from it, which was the case unfortunately. Also, to return you have to pay 9 bucks.
I never received my package
I never received my package. It got sent back without me getting notified about it and I only found out because I emailed them to check up on the tracking. Then I got informed that if I still wanted it, I had to pay for shipping again or I could get a refund but not for the shipping costs. This seems very unfair and bad service. The responses I got from them were also borderline rude. They have amazing clothes but don’t deserve to sell anything. Very unfortunate.

Similar to other reviews here, I experienced significant difficulty while returning an item to the company. The item was too big, however the material quality was fair. Aside from trying on the garment once, the item was never worn and tags never removed. Prior to returning it I took a detailed 5 minute long video of the back and front of the dress, which was in perfect condition. The video also showed evidence of me sealing the item for postage and could be time stamped and correlated to roughly 40 minutes prior to postage (which I also time stamped). Upon return, they reported that the item was "soiled" and unsellable however the link in the initial email did not link to any images of the following. I contacted the company and informed them that I was happy to share the timestamped video evidence I had of the garment and postage and that no images were included in the initial email. On response to the following, the language used was defensive, the individual did not awknowledge the offer of video evidence I discussed and simply said that " if the mark had been mentioned at the time if receival" that things may have been different, despite me informing them there were no marks to inform about. The email sent by them then showed a very small cropped photo of the a garment, however due to the size I was unable to make out at what aspect the photo was taken, it also was not clear if the following was taken on recieval or after my email. It was also evident in the photo that they were handling with garment with bare hands.
For full transparency I will say that they offered me a credit voucher "as an exception" and that the material quality of the dress I receieved was decent. I honestly wouldn't have minded too much, but I think the language they used in their emails and the disinterest for actual photographic timestamped evidence I had of the item has instigated me to write the following review. I also posted a similar review of the product under their site however noted that the following was never published, however maybe there's a backlog on the following.

I used to love Sabo Skirt
I used to love Sabo Skirt, when the prices were justifiable, but recently i find it ridiculous, paying $70 for small crop top is a bit steep. I have had multiple orders from them that i had to alter and fix myself, I bought a dress and the arm was stitched on upside down, have some dresses I have to safety pin to my bra straps or cups because the keep falling off the shoulders or gaping at the bust and they are the right size just poorly made. The quality doesn’t match the high price tag.
