Do not purchase online from this company. I received a defective top weeks ago. Their customer service essentially ignores you. I'm taking my complaint beyond this company, but do not purchase unless you are prepared for losing money and stress.

*** BUYER BEWARE *** DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE!!! THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD!!! Their shipping company Australian Post either loses or steals your items during transit and falsely claims they have been “delivered”….. currently battling this company for 2 separate refunds. I live in the US and the shipping company states: please pickup your parcel from Australia after an attempted delivery”

I do like their clothes but they are not about customer service. Seeing that they only offer email for support you’d think they would at least respond. I haven’t had a response to any of my 3 emails. Bad, bad service. It’ll bite them in the @“? one day.

They do not refund for presale item but they do not state this in their refund policy! When I asked for a refund they sent me a page showing that T&C is under ‘payment -sales’ and telling me I can only get a store credit. Do they expect their customers to read through every information before we make a purchase? Very sneaky!

Not getting any reply from customer service!! Did not receive an order confirmation after paying, it’s been two weeks already! This lack of service is insane for the prices they ask for their clothes…. Unacceptable. First and last order for sure!

Sadly like a lot of people comment SABO have a free delivery over £150 however anything over £135 you get charged a load of different taxes so my £156 order has a £61 customs charge. This could be made a lot clearer and even more so, the idea of then enticing you above £135 (my original order was £129 and I added something for ‘free delivery’) does not give of a vibe of a brand who cares about their consumers. I had ordered before and not been charged.

While I understand SABO doesn’t run customs charges, they could make everything a LOT clearer and not entice UK customers to a level that means they will be charged outrageous amounts.

SO MUCH WENT WRONG.
Firstly, the quality of the items is absolutely absolutely atrocious. You get better fabrics at Primark. It should be illegal to produce such awful quality and then charge the prices charged. Secondly, it's totally decieving that your shipping cost to return the items would be the same as a flight to Australia to hand deliver the items yourself. Further, you'll get slapped with a customs VAT invoice a week after receiving the items (which are ALREADY ON THE WAY BACK TO AUSTRALIA) at 50% of what you paid. This is absolutely the biggest scam of a website and company. DO NOT BUY.

Purchased a pair of sunglasses thinking I was treating myself. They arrived and were basic, cheap plastic! I could have gotten the same pair from Shein or a company like that. Not impressed at all. Definitely not the quality you would expect from the price!

I bought two pieces from SABO- the Ragazza pants and top and OMG!! I am in love!!! The colors are super bright and beautiful and the quality is top notch. Shipping time was fast as well and took about 8 days. I will definitely be buy from SABO again!!

They sell a pair of stunning pants ..Jaycee pants.. I bought the beige first in 16 as they looked tight on the model .I got them they have so much stretch which means elastine in them ..
So then I go down to the 14 in my usual size in white completely different fit like pure cotton with absolutely zero stretch ..
I've called Bondi pacific fair multiple times took over a week for a email response its now into a month of trying to sort out these pants ..
Which according to the email person they are exactly the same material nope there not ..
Funny one of there managers did say the older pant had not much stretch compared to the latest batches.
I hate being lied to .. my neighbours q seamstress also makes clothes for a private school huge in gGeelong..
Her version is ones pure cotton the other has if not more than 15% elastine in them ..
Still not sorted if not soon . Not only down $240 , but might be time to involve consumer affairs ..
I got on reddit over there are so many of the same complaints but on there website funny there's none ..
Buyer beware they say go down a size depends on which blend of cotton you get they are either super tight or super big ..
All I want is them to fit and in the same material .
Videos been sent and put up on a few of there sites to prove im not lying ..
Sabo is being terribly difficult most of all condolences to there management as they are nothing but kind most of all at pacific fair qld ..
She admitted the difference from a year old batch to the batches they use now ..
Yep I'm angry very angry ..
Next if not sorted is going to consumer affairs and the ombudsman

My package never got delievered. I reached out to customer service and reported the package missing with Paypal who I used to purchase the order. Sabo skirt said that in order to fix my issue I needed to close the case with Sabo Skirt. As soon as I closed the case they told me they couldn't do anything and sent me a code for credit! I cant get over the decit in their customer service. I will never purchase from here again.

Made an order about a year ago and returned a few of the items. They never provided the store credit and have ignored the emails for the last year or so. I would highly recommend to not bother with the back and forth call your card. They will not give honor the return.

I almost didn’t purchase from Sabo Skirt after I read the reviews here because I’ve been scammed one too many times so now I do my research. But when I saw 2.4K 5 star reviews on their website and reading a few, I decided to give it a go. I’m glad I did. So I came back to write about my experience because it’s nothing like what is laid out here!

The playsuit I ordered is perfection!!! The material is gorgeous, pure cotton and exactly as it is in the picture. The fit was wonderful and the design was well made and again, exactly like the photographs on the website.

I have a long torso so I decided I wanted a size up, after reading their returns policy I saw they don’t do exchanges due to limited stock numbers, you can buy the size you want and return the item for a full refund or a credit, the choice is yours. I purchased the next size up and returned the original. I got a complete refund no questions asked within 3 days of postage. Every part of this purchase I’m extremely happy with and I’ll gladly buy from them again.

Hi SABO team, I've just immigrated from South Africa to the Gold Coast and have been following SABO, literally for yearrrrrrs.

On Friday, I was super excited to be able to walk into your Pacific Fair store and finally feel the fabrics, appreciate the merchandise, and possibly make my first SABO purchase.

I walked in, browsed a bit, felt some materials, and still smiled at the staff - but no acknowledgment from them. Not a smile, not a hello from either of them. Nothing. 2 minutes later, two ladies walked in and received a friendly welcome including an offer to help with anything.

As you might imagine, I was immediately turned off and walked straight out.

My expectations for a positive store visit after many years were unfortunately not met. And more than that... I was turned off entirely.

I hope that this poor in-store experience can ignite some sort of action to be taken so that staff acknowledge every person walking in as a human.

I normally love sabo and always love their pieces. I bought the poppy jade play suit for Luke combs in Sydney, I tried it on before I purchased and everything was fine but on the day of the concert the zipper broke right away. Incredibly disappointing to pay so much money for something that has broken before I’ve even gotten to wear it

Do not buy from this company. They do not offer free refunds or exchange despite them doing a WHOLE site sale of 25% they don’t offer an exchange or refund? Are you joking? If you buy anything during a promo they offer no refunds or exchange if the sizing is not accurate. They don’t care about their customers at all and do not want them to be happy.
Their sizing is not true to size and they are a wasteful company who contributes to fast fashion. Their garments are extremely overpriced and the quality is not great.
DO NOT BUY. GO TO PETAL N PUP who actually cares about their customers satisfaction.

Purely as an Aussie buyer who has never had to return anything bought from here, I’ve made a lot of orders over the years (around 15) and the quality/fit for the price has always been a reason for me to keep buying.
I always do a deep dive into the material, fit, reviews on the site, instagram photos, etc to determine if the item is suitable. I have yet to have any issues. I receive the items in Adelaide in 2-3 business days.
If you’re located in Australia, definitely give the brand a shot. Hopefully this review make you a little less scared 😂
