Found a beautiful outfit for my daughter...

Found a beautiful outfit for my daughter for Christmas at the absolute last minute, 21st December. Sizes not available though. A staff member at Chermside checked other store and online. Found it online, I ordered it and it was despatched express and arrives today 22nd December. Thank you so much to warehouse team and Chermside staff member. You all did so much to help me.

Appalling customer service after being sent faulty item …

When my dress came it had a faulty zip and was completely unwearable, after trying to contact them multiple times to explain im happy to have tbe dress mended but wnated somesort of refuned for doing so because they no longer had my size available for me to reorder, they emailed me back asking for video evidence which I was happy to do, waited a further 4 days to receive response saying they wanted me to send it back to 'examine' the dress AND expected me to pay for postage! I emailed back explaining I really want to take this on holiday with me and I have had no response back! Absolutely disgusting customer service! I have been a customer of Sabo with no issues in the past but after this I will never perchance from them again unless they resolve this properly!

Appalling customer service

Received appalling customer service regarding a faulty item. At first told that loose threads and pulls are part of the nature of the fabric, and that they would make an exceptions letting me return the item. How gracious of you (sarcasm). While starting the return, I then found out that I was also expected to pay for the return label, which is unacceptable for a faulty item. The quality of the all the items of clothing I ordered was poor in general, but telling a customer that thread pulls on a brand new garment are the norm is ridiculous.

Ordering from Australia

Ordering from Australia. WORST COMPANY. I purchased a dress but cancelled my order straight away as it was the wrong size. They “refunded” it a few days later. When the refund processed, the money was minused again a second later and they REFUSED to give the money back or provide an explanation as to how it happened. They emailed me back saying, “according to IT, not our fault” after multiple attempts to contact them again- still nothing. Horrible business

Great quality and amazing customer service to support a refund

I recently bought some clothes for my birthday but fell sick and had to move house suddenly so I couldn’t try them on until a few days after the 14 days refundable period.

The quality of the garments were great and definitely priced appropriately. Some of the garments came up small on the chest for me but I’m a FF/G cup so I returned 3/4 of the items.

I liaised with customer service, Lily, where I explained my situation. She was understanding and responded quickly and approved a good gestured one-off refund. I couldn’t be more grateful for the service and quality. Service like this is rare these days so Saboskirt have gained my loyalty!

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Sabo skirt has gone drastically downhill. The quality does not at all match the price tag, which has just gone up and up to fund the owners newly built mansion. I have ordered from them many times over the years and the general consensus is that they market the clothes beautifully but what you receive is often poorly stitched and has a weird fit. They make any excuse to justify their pricing increases but it just doesn’t make sense. I bought the Sahara dress at $98 and it was later released at $138, and then again a few months later at $98 again. The jumpers were around $98 but bumped them up to $138 due to popularity but excused it on having extra embossing, which only ONE design had, the rest were the same as previous times! It’s clear they are becoming a greedy brand and aren’t putting more budget into the quality of their pieces despite the huge price increases.

DO NOT SHOP HERE IF YOU THINK YOU MIGHT RETURN!!!
I am in the US and had to pay a minimum of $20 to ship to my home and then to return it is another minimum of $20. So on a $100 dress am immediately only getting back $80, not including the $20 i had to spend to originally ship it.

I'm based in the UK but Sabo's stuff is so gorgeous that I happily pay the customs charges. Exceptional quality and gorgeous, timeless designs.

Will not order again/ recommend

The prints and designs are really lovely so it is a shame that the quality is not. I am happy to have received my money back shortly after they received my return, but was not impressed that I had to pay $10 to send it. I've never had this experience with any online stores - I will not be ordering from them for this reason.

Don't shop here if you think you might need to return something

The clothes are beautiful BUT do not order if there is a chance you will need to return something. I tried my best to research the sizing beforehand but they are difficult to get right. If you do return something it will be expensive AND they will not refund you in a timely manner, which is particularly annoying because they only give you 14 days to return. Somehow it's ok for them to take weeks (if not months) to refund you though. Their customer service is also unreachable. Unfortunately, I will likely need to initiate a chargeback with my credit card company given how expensive these items are and their complete lack of responsiveness. I was planning to order a few more things but will be holding off given this experience.

Please do not order from this company. Especially if you live in the United States. I returned a dress a few days after I received it. They still have not refunded me my money three months later even though my tracking number says it was returned months ago. This company needs to go out of business with all these complaints!!!

Horrible experience here

Horrible experience here. Ordered two items which were xxs small. They’re not true to size for America petite. Still very large at weird parts of the body like the chest and hips. When I wrote an email if I could get a re try to label it took them over 1.5 weeks to reply. Also, they mention that the return label would cost $14 when I noticed the amount of money that was refunded was incorrectly they said the return labels use to be $14 now they’re $30. I’m confusion with the miscommunication they’re providing their costumers. I will not be purchasing from here again due to lack of communication and slow shipping process. They should reevaluate their business because this process would cause a lot of upset consumers.

bad experience - won’t shop here again

I tried to return a piece of clothing, but couldn’t because it was on final sale, but I had accidentally got the wrong size.
I had never worn it and the labelling was still on intact. When contacting Sabo Skirt about this is issue, they were robotic and showed no empathy for the situation. It was completely different from my situations with other stores in which they are friendly, understanding and put the customer experience as a top priority instead of feeling so profit driven.

J’ai commander chez eux pour un montant…

J’ai commander chez eux pour un montant de 900€.
Mon colis étant bloqué à la douane car le montant des frais était élevé à 305€.

Je refuse donc le colis et demande un remboursement.
Saboskirt refuse catégoriquement de le rembourser et ne donne plus signe de vie ni à moi ni à DHL.
Je compte pas lâcher l’affaire je veux mon argent et vite !
Si il faut crée un scandale je le fait

Confusing Return

After returning a two piece that was quite overpriced for the quality and ill fitting, I was only refunded for one item. I returned both items less than 24 hours after receiving them and only tried items on. I was only refunded for one of my items as the other item was “soiled and unsellable” with fake tan. As I don’t wear fake tan or foundation and only tried on items, I find this really hard to believe and was seriously unimpressed.

Although items were “soiled and unsellable”- Sabo issued me a gift card of the full price to spend in store. While I appreciate the gift card, I would have preferred to be refunded in full.

I was confused and disappointed with this seller and will not visit site again.

I have always loved Sabo but…

I have always loved their designs (Zoe does a good job and I love her behind the design videos) however I do feel like the quality is slipping (has slipped). I bought the most beautiful shirred dress at the start of the year but the dress I bought most recently was poorly made in comparison. The bust on each side wasn't sewn properly so one 'boob' appeared bigger than the other. I fixed it myself as I didn't want to be wasteful/go through the whole returns process just for a minor flaw however for the price I shouldn't have to do this. The quality is honestly cheaper than Glassons. I will say their returns system is fast/efficient and I was grateful to receive a full refund for other pieces I returned. Maybe the old Sabo that I loved is being replaced by Zaco?

J’ai été très déçu par mon expérience…

J’ai été très déçu par mon expérience avec cette marque. J’ai passé une commande (1 robe, 1 haut et 1 maillot) de plus de 200€ avec des frais de livraison en plus de plus de 20€ pour que ce soit plus rapide, non seulement la qualité des vêtements est médiocre, mais en plus j’ai du payer des frais de douane de plus de 100€ pour réceptionner ma commande. Je ne recommande pas du tout !!
