Wouldn’t recommend - driver was rude,using his phone most of the journey whilst driving & charged us £23 extra because he collected us from the wrong area which was only across the road

I've sent a complaint regarding a trip where the driver did not show up for a ride that I have paid in full in advance and I never got a reply from the company. I want my payment refunded

We realized that Rydeu charge 4 times more than a regular taxi.

Would give no stars if I could!
Absolutely bunch of scammers this company.
Paid deposit for family group pick up, driver and company confirmed booking, arrived in turkey for 1st time (never been before ) no information as where to meet driver called and text him, no answer, called company number comes up as a scam?
We was left stranded for a hour and a half with a 1 year old at 5am disgusting.
We eventually had to pay for 2 expensive taxis and our resort was 1 hour and a half away.
We had booked a return with this company aswell so will have to pay for taxis again!
This company and drivers should be ashamed of them selfs.
Currently trying to get a refund, but they not responding once again!!!!.
Currently here in Turkey and don't think I will be returning anytime soon 😞 worse time ever.

Had a several transfer minibuses arranged by Rydeu during ERS congress in Vienna for our client´s meetings. The quality of service and prompt response to our request had been amazing. Great communication with drivers, make our meetings sucessfull.

Driver arrived almost one hour later than the agreed time. It was very hard to communicate with the help center. It was hard to find the driver.

Excellent service. Very kind the driver.

Unos impresentables. Cuatro horas antes les pedí que si podían llegar a las 11:00 en lugar de las 11:15 previstas. Cuando eran las 11:15 les escribí y me contestaron que el coche se había averiado y tardarían más de una hora y media en recogernos con lo cual se nos escaparía el crucero. Tampoco se hacían cargo del taxi, así que tuvimos que pagarlo nosotros: 400€/6 PAX.
Si no nos devuelven lo pagado exigiremos daños y perjuicios en los tribunales.

Empresa Raydeu não paga aos motoristas comissão, evidente que motorista ao aceitar serviço pode anular ou não aparecer, éma empresa offshore , enganador.

Habe ein Taxi bestellt und extra drauf hingewiesen dass es pünktlich kommen soll und naja dass taxi habe ich nie gesehen genauso wie dass Geld was ich bezahlt habe echt geil danke für nix

Ich habe ein Großraum Shuttle für 5 Personen mit 5x Gepäck gebucht, es kam ein Fahrzeug für maximal 4 Leute und 2x Gepäck. Der Preis war fix und alles im Voraus geplant. Der Fahrer hatte keine Informationen wo er uns hin fahren sollte und hätte die Fahrt mit einem Taxometer berechnet was dann doppelt so teuer geworden wär obwohl alles bezahlt war. Wir haben die Fahrt dann storniert und uns ein lokales Taxiunternehmen gesucht, welches sogar noch günstiger war. Danke nie wieder.

Wir wurden heute morgen nicht wie gebucht um 07:30 abgeholt.
Trotz zweimaliger Nachfrage meinerseits ca. 23 und 10 Stunden vor Abholtermin und Bestätigungen seitens rydeu, hatte es gleichwohl nicht geklappt.
Morgens vor 08:00 scheint keine Kommunikation mit rydeu möglich zu sein... Im Nachhinein kam dann die Mitteilung das Fahrzeug hätte eine Panne gehabt... naja wers glaubt.
Mit Kosten von über 300 Euro, haben wir es noch zum Airport in Oslo geschafft und konnten den Flug erwischen.
