Received several quotes and accepted one. Paid deposit 4 weeks before travel. Received a WhatsApp message 24hrs before pick up saying I would have to pay an extra £80 on top of balance due due to an error when booking. I didn't agree to this and they have cancelled my booking

I booked a Rydeu transfer for 15:30 from Interlaken to Zurich Airport. The driver accepted the booking but later messaged saying he could not arrive until 16:30. I agreed, as this was still just enough time to make my flight.

Instead, the driver did not arrive until 17:30 — a full two hours after my original booking time. This left no buffer for delays, yet he is now blaming my planned 15-minute pharmacy stop in Interlaken for the fact that I missed my flight. In reality, the initial delay was entirely on his side.

For context: I needed to be at Zurich Airport no later than 19:55 for a 20:40 departure (the latest safe time for check-in and baggage drop). We did not arrive until 20:50, well past my flight’s cutoff.

This experience was stressful, unprofessional, and cost me a missed international connection. I would strongly advise against using Rydeu if your travel plans are time-sensitive — there is no guarantee they will arrive anywhere near your booked time.

They cancelled my car half an hour before it was due, leaving me stranded. I just hope that someone sees this review and decides against using this terrible unreliable disgusting company.

Quickly and correctly response by whatsapp and the taxi driver was perfectly in time and he realized he had to help my friend. He carried all four bags to the second floor (where our apartment is).
He also stopped at the top of the mountain pass on his own initiative so my feiemd could take a photo there.

Driver arrived a few minutes early on return. Had been kept informed about driver and car day before trip. Car was comfortable. Informed of changes beforehand.

Booked in April for a transfer from Rome Airport to Civitavecchia port in June. Paid deposit for agreed price, got cancelled a few days before my booking, they reckon they gave me a wrong price. Reading other reviews looks like it saved me a load of grief.

Don't book with them if you're landing in Alicante they might send you Omar. Omar is the worst taxi driver I have ever had a misfortune to meet. He was late more than 30 minutes to pick is up from the airport even though the plane landed at 21.10 and I booked the taxi for 22.00 just to give some time for the customs and luggage claim. Omar arrived at 22.35. He was so rude because I told him that he was late, he started yelling at me, refusing to put our luggage into the vehicle, asking to be paid at the beginning of our ride. I seriously wanted to punch him in the face as I was a bigger and stronger between us. The situation was a lot worse than it may seem when I'm describing it here. I hope Omar loses his job as such people should not be working with clients.

Be careful from driving or providing services or booking with these indian crooks who try to avoid paying drivers and always need to be reminded about what they owe for completed rides. Please keep far away from them . They owe money and they do not pay despite many reminders. They also cancel rides under 24 hrs and then refuse to pay . Do not use them as a traveller or if you are a transfer cie !

I booked a private cab from Málaga airport and was sent details of who my driver would be, car registration etc.
This was not the driver or car that turned up but it worked out ok, apart from him being on his phone (hands free) during virtually the whole journey, even on the motorway.

Great transfer services. Drivers on time and kind an helpful. Great communication between company and drivers.

Booked return trip from Tromso airport to the city.
Driver did not wait for us to collect the luggage when we landed, he just left and sent a message for us to get a taxi. Asked for a refund and got no reply.
On return pickup. Only sent 1 car to pick up 7 people with 7 cases. No communication from ignorant driver. Driver said another car would pick up the rest of the party after asking him several times. The car never arrived, I don't think there was ever one and the driver ended up going back to pick them up. Terrible service, unreliable, ignorant lying driver. Only thing I would rate is the condition of the car.

One word to describe my/ our experience with Rydeu’s transfer services— TERRIBLE!!! I have never had any problems with other transportation services before, but in the case of Rydeu, 3 out 4 times we had your services, things just didn’t go well, or shall I say, we simply had a horrendous experience every time. 1st, we were forced or short of, held up, until we paid / gave an extra tip of €80. It is really not about the money, because we give tips anyway to those deserving. But this guy who fetched us from Copenhagen airport to/from city hotel didn’t help us at all with our luggages, wasn’t even nice or anything, just ask us/ insisted for additional money for a measly 7 minutes extra waiting time for him. Then when we’re in Tromso Norway, we had two more harrowing and stressful experiences with your transport service. Back and forth from Tromso Airport to our city hotel, we were made to wait for more than an hour for our driver service. That’s crazy, considering the amount of stress and anxiety, these delays caused us, we almost didn’t make it to our flight on the 18th, because of your absurd and unprofessional driver. To think, the purpose of booking these transport services, is more for a stress free, convenient experience; the opposite just happened, all because of Rydeu’s poor service and management.

Very prompt service and response from the transfer team… somehow had mistaken my pickup time … but on contacting them on GetYourGuide & WhatsApp, everything was resolved and service was so smooth… Thanks so much

Our booked airport ride turned up 30 minutes late. Poor communication so we couldn’t manage the situation. Over priced and unreliable

Our ride to the airport was 30 minutes late. I called the number that was listed- and that was the dispatch informing me that the driver will be arriving in 5-10 minutes, which did not happen. I called again, same person stating that driver was on his way. When no driver arrived after 25 minutes, I called the same number, and no answer, dialed a few times, and still no answer. Finally the driver calls, saying that he was on his way, and that he went to the wrong hotel. Clearly all information first pickup has been entered when the transportation was purchased. I had no contact information on the driver, which would have made it easier to find out what time he was coming. I had used this site for 2 previous trips, and they were both seamless, but this one in Frankfurt was not.

Rydeu bietet eine gemischte Erfahrung. Während einige Kunden den Service als einfach und angenehm mit freundlichen Fahrern beschreiben, gab es auch Fälle, in denen der Fahrer nicht erschien und keine Antwort auf Reklamationen erfolgte. Die Versprechen einer stressfreien Übertragung wurden nicht immer eingehalten. Eine Rückerstattung war schwer zu erhalten, was enttäuschend war. Insgesamt könnte der Service verbessert werden, insbesondere in Bezug auf Kundenkommunikation und Zuverlässigkeit.
