RWB Auctions Omdömen

So happy with my experience with RWB Auction House. They have some really beautiful items in their catalogues. They responded to my queries quickly before the auction and my items were received promptly even though I live in Ireland. Would certainly recommend them and look forward to purchasing from them. again.

The listing photos were good quality and the description had all the key details. The online bidding process was easy and the paperwork came quickly. Collection was booked online and everything was ready when I arrived at their very smart offices. Clearly a well oiled machine and I'd be confident to buy from them again

The so called Jewellery expert valued all my items which included a men’s Gold Rolex watch and a Tiffany & Co chain at scrap value.
All they want to do is get items sold to earn their commission from both the seller and buyer. Would I use them again NO , as the only person winning out of the relationship is the auctioneer.

Would highly recommend RWB Auctions. I found them very professional and honest in their appraisal of items I took there

I have used them on 2 occasions now April and May 2025 and found them to be friendly open and honest..

Payment has always been prompt….

Excellent auction, I highly recommend it -1st class!

Quick simple way to get rid of unwanted items with the minimum of fuss. Kept up to date during the process and quick final account and payment.

Friendly staff who are very helpful. Great guidance - I had never done this before!!

Smooth and simple transaction.

Thank you.

You are made to feel welcome and valued from the moment you enter, both as a seller and as a buyer. Commission and fees are very competitive, and everything is conducted with a much appreciated balance of professionalism and good humour.

I have experienced excellent service from this auction house. When requesting a condition report they were speedy and thorough with their response. Their premises are easy to find when collecting items and there are good parking facilities. I had my recent purchase posted and it was extremely well packed and arrived with me super quickly. A very professional and friendly auction house to deal with and I can highly recommend it.

Not only are RWB Auctions excellent at estimating what an item might fetch at auction, but also they charge sellers a lower commission than other auction houses.

Ease of parking, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Would highly recommend this Auction House .

Very pleased. From consigning to quick payment RWB auctions offered a friendly, professional, efficient and transparent service.

Excellent service. Realistic valuations. Pleasant staff. Quick turnaround. Thank you.

My children were left a huge amount of stamps in my father’s will.
Their thoughts were they should be sold & enjoyed by a collector. So I saw this auction company on Line and they had great reviews.
I rang their office and was given a prompt appointment to take the stamps to a valuation day near me.
I dropped the collection off and the rest is history.
A very competitive service and I received payment minus commission and taxes very quickly after the sale of them.
Communication was great also.
Would highly recommend.

RWB Auctions made my 1st experience very easy from start to finish, we will definitely use them again very soon. Thank you

Efficient system - were kept informed on progress and result of sale.

Keeping customers well informed of the procedures especially to first time customers such as myself .

I sell quite regularly at auction both in London and the West Country though I am not a dealer. RWB Auctions are the most approachable, helpful and honest auction house I have ever dealt with. There is no stuffiness and I was given good advice on the items I had to sell. Their off line auction is great for smaller low end items and great fun for finding a treasure. The fees are the fairest I have come across. It’s made easy to sell and they are quick to pay.
I cannot speak more highly of RWB Auctions, from the very first phone call to the money going into the bank. Thanks team.
