RWB Auctions Omdömen

I had extremely good service from RWB Auctions, particularly from Gordon Brockman who handled my various auctions. The valuations were pretty much spot on and the confirmation of what was achieved came through very quickly. The money was transferred to my bank account within the 10 days as stated in their terms and conditions. Will definitely use them again and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Brilliant no fuss just good service with honesty

I have used rwb auctions to sell my items a number of times now.l have found them to be excellent in every way, very friendly and helpful, fast payment after sale and great communications. I've used other auction houses but none of them nowhere as good as Rwb auctions.
5 Star.

Great auction with the most wonderful team. Kelly was most helpful and I would have no hesitation recommending them.

Can’t fault this auction house, big thank you.

Faultless Experience... First time purchasing from RWB and will not be the last. Used them for delivery of purchased item which was super prompt and incredibly well wrapped. Reasonable charges and super polite people.. could not have been a better experience. I will certainly be buying from them again.

This was my first experience with an auction. I was an online bidder and was unsure how the fees worked, but their very helpful staff guided me to the fees calculator on their website.

My bid was successful, and the item was shipped to me very quickly by signed for delivery.

Their staff were wonderful throughout the process and were very patient with my incredibly novice questions.

I would definitely buy from them again.

First Time I have Used the Auction , I was a bit worried about Postage , But everything was Packed Perfectly and Delivered 2 days After Paid , Excellent Service

Extremely helpful staff and service. A real pleasure to buy from.
5 star all the way.

I WAS BIDDING REMOTELY AND WON, IT WAS A VERY EASY TRANSACTION AND WAS KEPT INFORMED AT ALL STAGES. HIGHLY RECCOMEND.

First time auction buyer and RWB Auctions was easy to use. Got what I was after, payment process straightforward and collection team very helpful. Great way to buy and excellent company to use

Excellent service and friendly staff whom made collection easy.
Plenty of parking at site!

The day after I had paid the shipping cost, for an auction lot purchased the previous day, I was informed that the item had been packed and consigned to a courier service. It arrived expertly packed.
That is superb service, well worthy of 5*s

First and last time using these donkeys.
(1)They take photos of the items to hide any damage.
(2) they manipulate the photos to make it appear there is more than one item available.
(3) I have used numerous auctions over the years and if the items are faulty this is mentioned in the description but nope.
(4) wouldn't take the items back but more than happy to put them back up for sale. Yeah I bet you are for the commissions lol.

Scammers!

Having dealt with RWB Auctions and having found them very professional, friendly, knowledgable and easy to deal with, when being asked to consigne a 43 year collection of Militaria for sale then I had no hesitation in calling on RWB. We are now looking forward to the 'Kevin Taylor Collection' penciled in for 27th May. Thank you guys for your hard work (over 2 days) clearing the collection. Anyone interested in any militaria should make a note of the date!

From my first phone call to get a valuation right through to receiving the funds from the auction I found RWB to be very polite and professional in their approach. I would certainly recommend contacting them and I will use them again when I have more things to sell.

The staff were very professional and helpful. The photographs of the items were clear and appropriate.

Their communications were clear, timely and never excessive.

I'm already planning to use them again.

I needed to sell 4 motorbikes. From the start, sending photos, accepting the valuation, collecting the bikes and putting them up for auction, to the end when all items were sold I have nothing but praise for the excellent service they offer. They have simplified the auction process so you know exactly what your costs will be.
Highly recommended.

Wonderful experience. I arrived with bags of "things" that I did not know whether they were valuable, real gold or worth selling. Gordon was so helpful, didn't make me feel ignorant and advised me what to do do with all the items. Advised what to "melt" what to auction. Really enjoyed my visit to the office and Kelly made me very welcome. Great, honest prices as well.

I’ve used RWB Auctions a few times now with mixed results. However, I’ve always felt that the different auctioneers are respectful of me and the items I’ve wanted to sell and they’ve been helpful and knowledgeable. I will definitely use this service again.
