Shipping is very fast.order has been shipped same day when i order it. Costumer team is amazing and they reply fast. Quality is amazing.

I purchased multiple items from this brand and I can say that I waited over a month for the delivery from China. The customer service is awful, and the lack of communication between the customer and the tracking service that they provided, had me wondering where my clothes were. I will not be purchasing from them again, and do not recommend anyone to purchase.

Literal Scam. I paid more than 50.- for the violet leggings/pants which in the end looked like long underwear. The quality immediately struck me as really cheap and as of right now the pants are literally falling apart. Also the shipping took three weeks and the package came directly from china, not paris (lol). Don‘t buy there!

I have to say that my experience was pretty different than other customers here Ok, delivery was a bit slow but the quality of the clothing is great. Will shop again!

Received a faulty item after waiting 2 months only to find it faulty. It was stained and had a hole in the fabric. I asked for a refund and they tried to convince me to keep it by giving me a 20% refund on it. Why would anyone want to keep a faulty item??? Embarrassing. Will never recommend or shop from here again.

Great marketing. Horrible delivery and customer service. I ordered a bag. Shipping was supposed to be 7-14 days. It’s now been 42 days since my order and I haven’t received anything.

They do reply to you on Instagram when you ask about your order and they try to be nice and say how sorry they are use little heart emojis to make you feel better. Quite funny in my opinion, and definitely only makes me more angry seeing how little they actually care.

They obviously use a dropshipping model, which is not a problem. They have put together an amazing and unique brand.

But learn to treat customers right and to improve customer experience before you jump onto the marketplace.

I’m disappointed in myself for falling into this trap.

Okay so I made my order on the 27th april and it came one the 19th may. I was very worried when I read the reviews, but it actually ended up coming. the main reason why it took a long time for me was because it was going through customs in the UK so that might be the case for some people who have ordered, when I spoke to the customer service they also said some flights were being cancelled, (this is being written during the pandemic, their delivery time is extended to 20 days as well due to it).

On to the package itself. It was packaged really nicely, it all came in a silk-like duffle bag and the jewellery came in a velvet pouch (better than a cheaper shop like plt or fashion nova) I loved that. I got the braha hoodie, it is very soft, not too thick, looks exactly like the picture, I'm satisfied with it. The clothes are definitely from China though.

That is the main problem I have with them, it is the lack of transparency as they say it is from France. If you have ordered things from asian companies before e.g. yesstyle, shein, the clothes arent usually that great quality and the shipping time is usually long, you can sometimes wait up to month! This is the same case for ruveshop. You also end up seeing the clothes in other shops, I found the braha hoodie in two other similar shops by simply searching the image.

I think that the owners may be from France or a western country though.

Also their policy on returns/refund is terrible please read through it before buying, it breaks eu law, you have to pay for shipping it back (costs a lot as it's coming from China), and if it gets lost (which happens a lot apparently) you wont get a refund, it is really not fair on the customer at all, I decided to try it out before reading it.

Overall the clothes did end up coming but it had a longer wait time than stated. I think they need to extend their delivery time and write a open letter/email to everyone so people who have still not gotten their items understand what is going on (though my situation may be different to others) this is what I've seen from shops like h&m and house of Fraser do during this time, (I order a lot of clothes lol) reassures the customer that you arent running off with their money. and DEFINITELY change their refund policy (it's really not fair and looks like they dont care about customers which could put people off, if packages get lost that's on them).

I'm happy with the hoodie and jewellery that I got, is worth the price? Probably not when you look at all the factors and risks that your taking. Looking at other peoples reviews makes it even harder to trust that you'll get your item. But if you are aware of these risks, still really want the item, have looked around for it and that is the best price for it then you can take the risk if you want to. The way the shop works now is very similar to fast fashion asian shops so if you have used those before expect the same experience.

They seem new, they have a vision as they're going into other things like music and art which I really love, it shows passion and the clothes have a certain aesthetic which is very beautiful, this draws people in but they need to work on customer service, shipping, definitely transparency and quality if they want to get better, the pricing is higher than the average fast fashion shop so every should be at an above average level.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

THIS COMPANY ARE SHIPPING GOODS FROM CHINA, NOT FRANCE OR THE EU AS ADVERTISED. INVESTIGATION UNDERWAY OF COUNTERFEIT ITEMS.

REFUND POLICIES BREACH EU CONSUMER LAWS AND MANY CUSTOMERS AWAITING MISSING REFUNDS.

Still waiting for my package I contacted so many times! They said to me they getting it from hk and I said the delivery says China ...and I keep contacting for my package and no response... I think it’s a fraud.... don’t know will I ever even gonna get my package they claim clothes made in Europe in their warehouse buts it’s actually from China

Regret not having done any research on this scam of a site. The order took weeks to get only to have received clothes in APALLING quality. This is cheap Chinese taobao clothing which I paid a fair lump of money for, Size is impossibly small to fit into and grossly overpriced for the quality you get.
Just emailed for refund request and of course no reply after 2 days surprise surprise. Absolutely appalled and will never buy from these so called etailers without a reputation !

Je vous déconseille cette marque la qualité de l’article etait limite et pour ce faire rembourser c’est compliqué les frais d’envoi du retour son a votre charge (30€) vue qu’ils sont a l'étranger et l’envoi dans l’entrepôt est débité de votre remboursement j’al donc payé j’ai a 50€ pour au final être remboursé de 34€ a éviter

Jeg købte en bluse på ruveshop og de ligger i Frankrig. Da jeg modtager pakken er den fra Kina ???? Og jeg skal betale told. Det ikke mit problem at de laver deres tøj i Kina. Jeg har købt blusen i Europa. !!! Jeg kontakter herefter deres kundeservice og siger jeg har nægtet at modtage pakken pga told og den sendes retur. Jeg får så at vide de kun kan Give mig er gavekort/ tilgodebevis og trækker fragten fra. Der var fri fragt. Jeg har intet at bruge et gavekort til !!!! Vil ha mine penge refunderet og de vil de ikke. Jeg handler der aldrig igen !!!!!!!!!!

ITS DROPSHIPPED FROM CHINA. ORDERED A DRESS CAME WITH NO TAGES AND IN SHOCKING PACKAGING PAID MORE FOR EXPRESS SHIPPING RECIEVED LATE. THEY SAID IF I RETURED ID LOSE THE SHIPPING COST SO DIDNT BOTHER. COULD OF GOT IT MYSELF FROM ALIEXPRESS FOR ALOT CHEAPER

Wouldn’t order from this side again. It is send from China, when they say they’re from Paris, and the trousers that I ordered smell so strong and weird.

I'm from the UK and was dead skeptical about this shop, 15-20 days delivery, I saw a couple of reviews saying it was Chinese tat, the score on scamadvisor etc, however I did a bit of looking around and decided to take the risk.
About 2 weeks ago I ordered the Braha hoodie in cream, and today I received it, honestly, it's the softest jumper I own and it couldn't look more like the picture on the website. I am really really pleased and now I'm a bit upset I didn't purchase more!
Please don't be put off by any bad reviews you see, although you do have to wait it is so worth it.

Excellente service wanneer er een klacht is. Snelle klantenservice. Artikelen vallen wat kleiner uit dan normaal, RUVE zegt hier aan te werken en het staat ook aangegeven op de website.
