A slight problem with my order but the customer service was very efficient and very commercial, I thank them and I would be happy to shop again at RUVE store.

My item was damaged upon arrival, but Ruve was very kind and solved the problem by refunding me for the item. Thanks Ruve!

Just want to start of by saying the team behind the brand is incredible! They were so helpful and understanding when I had to return a late item and made an exception for me with love!

Truly blown away by your staff, not to mention I love every single piece on their site. I will continue to purchase all the new designs because their clothes are so easy to wear and comfortable!

I recently had a great experience with Ruve whereby I wanted to buy a few of their garments from their website, however I was worried about buying the wrong sizes. They have a clear size chart for each individual item on their website but I was ordering the garments to be sent to New Zealand and really didn't want to have to send back and exchange the garments if they did not fit. SO I facebook messaged the Ruve Team with my concerns and their response was quick, they asked for my measurements and recommended sizes for each style I was interested in. I have actually never had a brand do this for me, I was so impressed with their level of service! I also never had to wait long for a reply, even though there is a notable time difference due to our locations. Once I had made an order, the tracking details of the parcel was immediately emailed to me. I am so excited to receive my garments and I definitely will be shopping at Ruve again! :)

I had an issue with a dress I ordered, and RUVE's customer service were excellent. They responded to my email within an hour, and offered me a very kind compensation. Really happy with their customer service and will continue to purchase from them.

Scammers. I ordered a jacket and its quality is just awful. The parcel comes from China for which you still have to pay the company FedEx. Please do not order anything there. Return of goods is not possible.

Un pur non sens j'ai acheté un ensemble chez eux et j'ai commis une faute de langage quand j'ai demandé un geste et on me puni pour cette faute de langage et on me fait croire que un site marchand n'est pas en capacité de me rembourser... Mensonge et escroquerie du coup il n'ont pas remboursé la somme que j'ai dépensé chez eux... Du vol derrière de faux air sympathique depuis mail comme message sur Instagram sans réponse ils m'ont même bloqué de leur page afin que je ne puisse pas partager ma déception

N'achetez pas !! On vous laisse sous-entendre le Made In Europe et on découvre lors du suivi par mail que la commande part de Chine !! J'ai acheté une veste en cuir censé être cuir végane mais je ne suis même plus sûre à propos de ça !

Horrible CHINA FACTORY quality with a 200 markup. Do not waste your money!!! Returns are IMPOSSIBLE as the buyer is responsible for shipping fees back to CHINA!!! Unless you physically live in China these fees are $150 +. Very disappointed. Take your business elsewhere, horrible clothes, customer service, and policies all around.

I would put 0 stars if that were an option. I ordered a jumpsuit from them their LARGEST size which is a medium, and it came out of the package looking like a size 000. It didn't fit well, quality was ok, but the return was the biggest nightmare. You have to ship back to Hong Kong, which, is mentioned on their return policy, however they should make it more clear that they DONT cover shipping cost to return. I had to take the item to 3 different shipping places trying to find a cost less than $200 to ship to Hong Kong (the item was worth about half of that). When emailing with customer service about another return option they were rude as f***. Finally I paid to return it and instead of them saying they would notify me when my refund is processed, they said they'd "let me know if it passes an inspection" LOL. Horrible customer service horrible website. DONT ORDER FROM THEM.

I wish I had just ordered the right sizes the first time smh. So I purchased 2 dresses and a 2 tops from this brand. I love the clothes actually but the dresses were too big. So I thought I would just exchange them, no biggie right? Wrong! Ruve has this insane return policy that forces you to pay for shipping costs. It would cost me $150 to send the items back to them and if I want an exchange I have to pay the shipping both ways!! This should be in the biggest font possible on the website b/c I definitely would have reconsidered my purchase. It’s unfortunate b/c their clothes are really cute.

The Quality doesn't match the price :(

I got the black jumpsuit, in the pictures it looks tight and form fitting in reality it's super loose (even though I got size small and I'm pretty curvy)
It does feel soft and cozy but unfortunately 100% synthetic.
A button fell off in the first wear, it's extremely delicate but looks meh (due to the looseness)

Just an overpriced fast-fashion company producing garbage and claiming it's "high end" when in reality, it's the furthest thing from it. Definitely not wasting my money here again.

This the worst company you could buy from. The material is trash. The brand is also not luxury. People should report this company to someone for false advertisement. All of their policies are outrageous. They should not have a company if they can’t pay for return shipments as most companies do.

I ordered a bag and a corset top from the shop. The quality is extremely disappointing.
The bag was way smaller than it looked in the pictures with the model holding it. The chain of the bag snapped the second time I used it. And with the top, an hour of wearing it and the stitches started to come off and the corset holder snaps out. I can't use it again and it was quite expensive.
Unbelievable that these terrible quality products are highly priced. They were shipped from China and took ages to arrive.
