Ondanks alle negatieve recensies 29 maart toch een broek besteld.. en vandaag 2 april ontvangen. Broek is mooi en zit goed. En ik ben blij! Te vergelijken met Zara. Kleding komt inderdaad uit China.. maar 80% van alle kleding die in de wereld wordt gedragen wordt in china gemaakt ;-).

The website of RUVE looks indeed legitimate and almost luxurious. I have ordered a jacket that looked really nice on the photos, and for £140 I was expecting a decent quality on my doorstep. I was told the item will be delivered within 8 days, instead I received it 4 weeks after with poor packaging, all creased and poor fabric quality. I was so disappointed. As a cherry on top I received a FedEx letter saying I ow them £55 for the shipping fee as the item came from China! I had no idea that this is where they make their clothes. Absolutely disgusting how you RUVE team mislead people.

My daughter wanted to order products from this site. They came in a timely manner but the pants she ordered was not to her liking. We asked for a return label and we were not given one. We would have to ship back to Hong Kong which would cost half of the cost for the pants. They claimed to be a European label and were only a cheap Chinese label in disquise. The quaility was moderate and did not justify the cost of clothing much less the poor return policy. Warning, do not buy!

Personally, I’ve had a great experience with this shop. I’ve ordered from them about three times and they ship my items right away. Whenever I have questions they always respond (via instagram dm). My items always look as pictured and they fit well. I’ve ordered a black leather skirt, knit shorts & a jumpsuit.

De prijs voor de kwaliteit die je krijgt vind ik veel te hoog.
Zending terug sturen kost al evenveel als het product zelf.
Echt nog werk aan de boeg.
Ik raad deze winkel niet aan vooral als je niet zeker bent van je maat of het product want terugzenden is vrijwel onmogelijk.

Unfortunately I have to agree with all the negative reviews... I was really excited to order from this brand, I liked the design and one of my favourite youtubers was promoting them (Koleen Diaz). I found it a bit expensive but I've thought why not if it's worth it. Sadly, it is indeed a huge SCAM.
They are promoting themselves as a French luxury brand, they have a nice website and Instagram page, but I was shocked when I received an email that my order is coming from China!! The quality is horrible, I could've ordered something with the same quality from Shein or Aliexpress for 5 EUR not for 55 EUR... I am very disappointed in myself to be honest, I should have checked the reviews before...

If I could give it zero stars I could. It’s fraud and scam. They advertise as a European luxury brand, the clothes are actually made in China and horrendous quality robbing you off your money.

Don't order from them.
I order a pair of shorts ONE SIZE, and it was too small for me. Bare in mind I am 175cm and 56kg (so super thin), yet it doesn't fit me. I am a size UK8/10 and I would say this is a size UK4/6.
The quality isnt luxury but the price is of course and now I want to return it, I HAVE TO PAY THE SHIPPING to China. It is the price of the shorts. Don't call yourself a luxury brand if you don't provide luxury after sales.

the only reason I have chosen one is because I could to choose 0. do not buy from this brand. they are scammers and will continue to scam you. I paid for a prompt delivery and the parcel was delayed TWICE at the fault of the shippers (brand itself). upon communicating with the brand about the parcel they were extremely dismissive. as I no loner needed the parcel and wished to send it back they made this process very difficult for me, refusing to pay for it to be sent back and also refusing to refund me once I rejected it from FED EX. they insisted that I pay for the return fee which was up to £90! if you order something from this brand and it happens to not fit or you don't like it you will be made to pay near to the same price as your delivery! this is an extremely unprofessional brand, they make overly expensive clothes (unspent £100 on something worth no more than £30) the quality of the clothes are CHEAP! made by the Chinese workers who are underpaid and mistreated. IF as a brand you not equipped to accommodate the very basic needs of your customers then I suggest you take a step back as a brand to re evaluate your finances and other capabilities. this is a business with a huge social media following I expect management to up their game and understand their responsibilities.

Ruve is NOT a legitimate "luxury" brand. They source their products super cheaply from China and up-market them like crazy. I know this because I've lived in China and I can buy this exact jacket of the same quality for a fifth of the price.

I spent nearly £150 on a jacket and not only did it arrive with missing pieces, but the quality of the zipper is so bad I can't even zip up the jacket without spending a good minute on the thing. A bad zipper is a great indicator of poor quality. Honestly, the quality is worse than H&M.

I received a defect jacket and got sent a new one!! It may have taken time but im glad they solved the problem with no hassle :D

Suite à mon dernier avis, je fais une petite update. J'ai envoyé un mail ce lundi 07 décembre. Nous sommes le 12 et pas de réponse. En plus d'être malhonnête sur tous les points, le service client est inexistant lol. Je leur ai pourtant fait envoyer mon avis que j'ai laissé ici (donc ils ont 2 mails de ma part) FUYEZ

I have been waiting for 70 days and I am still waiting for my order to be delivered. I bought a t-shirt almost 3 months ago, I paid more for express delivery and I still don't have my shirt. No answers from the customer service. I want to be refound.

I have never in my 5 years of online shopping had such a terrible experience with a brand. They used to always shop on my Instagram feed because of their massive facebook Ad Spend. I one day decided to order a bag from them (looked super cute). I ordered it when I was in Croatia, (i was leaving the country soon) and as they promised, expected the package to arrive within 15 days. It didn’t. 20 days? 30? 40? No. 60 days, for a delivery. I reached out to get my full refund (as their policy suggests that after 40 days without receiving the package you get a full refund), and guess what? They were only going to refund me the money under the condition that I remove my negative review that I had already written on this website. I felt this was extremely unfair and decided to leave my honest review up and leave them with my money. And worst of all, the day when I received my package, all happy and excited, I saw that the product had a flaw. One of the bag buttons doesn’t correctly close and is extremely unconvenient and annoying. For the prices they charge, this is like an ultimate scam. Don’t get blindsided by how beautiful everything looks on their website, your customer experience will most likely be horrendous. What this company does and how they treat their customers is absolutely insane and should be punished. From my personal experience, I wouldn’t recommend you to buy from them.

clothes are really nice and fit well but the tops are SOOO ITCHY if made with viscose!!!

Fashion labels with impeccable customer service like Ruve are the ones that will thrive during these hard times. Will definitely be purchasing from Ruve again.
