I’ve been using Ruuby for years and am always impressed with the quality of service and professionalism of the therapists. The concierge service is an excellent option for when you can’t find what you are looking for or need to make changes to your appointment.

Don’t look further
I have been using Ruuby for the last 4 years, mainly massages (pregnancy and others), sometimes pedicures.
All their therapists are kind and efficient, the booking system works remarkably well and for any minor issue, the team behind is always super helpful.

Excellent service!
I have used Ruuby App for different treatments and I have been super happy with all of them. I love getting treatments done in the comfort of my own home so I can plan it in for my lunch break. The beauticians and therapists are highly skilled and I can’t recommend Ruuby more.

Use Ruuby’s for a long time
Use Ruuby’s for a long time, got the black teir account! Came across Ruuby’s via friends of mine that played at Chelsea FC Health Spa & frequently use the Hurlingham Club.
All therapists are great and always on time and very respectful! Communication is great from booking to the therapist reaching out..

Ruuby is head and shoulders above other home beauty services due to its high level of customer service. It never fails to deliver with high quality therapists and treatments. If there is ever a need to get in touch they are available and responsive and happy to help.

Have been using this app for years and am a big fan. Good therapists and high quality services. Love the massages which are perfect for an at-home pick-me-up. Great for appointments out of normal hours too like an early morning blowdry.
