Roku made it affordable for a new pilot…
Roku made it affordable for a new pilot like me to purchase affordable insurance to repair or replace my drone in the event of a crash which happened to me. My original drone was replaced quickly and the Roku customer service was excellent for answering my questions and ultimately resolved my needs.

The remote ID works very well
The remote ID works very well, very easy to set up, app works very well easy to use. The only problem that I've encountered was battery life isn't as long as I would have liked it to be but I solved the problem very easily I liked it so much I just ordered a second one as they are very reasonably priced

Great drone for a beginner...
I have been flying my drones for 1 1/2 years with my lack of experience I did in a few and due to the customer service group I wasn't out of the air very long, a great team. The drone I chose was perfect for a beginner and I have captured great pictures with it.

honest company that stands by their product
my warranty had expired my camera had malfunctioned they offered me the insurance for my drone two weeks later I had a replacement drone because of the warranty they didn't have to do that for me but they did I recommend purchasing their warranty

I purchased a Refresh from Roku to cover my Bwine F7GB2 drone. These people (Kim) have been unbelievably helpful. You just don’t see people like that anymore. Also the Bwine drone is fantastic and then for $49 you can have insurance through Roku, cannot beat it!!
