Rug bought for kitchen, good price and fitted perfectly. Delivery tracking was available on order however not able to get any results when entered details, however rug was delivered promptly. Easy site to use.

Finally got there in the end
Didn't get off to the best start as when I ordered the rug I didn't hear back from them for 5 days so I had to email customer services. They had told me that rug was out of stock online so I was annoyed why no one had contacted me about this. I had to wait for another week to see if the stock could be found in another store. In the end the stock was found and I had to wait another 4 days for delivery. So overall it took about 3 weeks for my order to be delivered. However, I am very satisfied for the product I received. so it was worth the wait in the end.

We apologise Taz, about your experience, although we are glad, that you're happy in the end with the product you received and it was worth the wait.
We have looked into your specific order to see how we can improve on the service you received. Your order was made on a Saturday, so unfortunately our offices are not manned over a weekend. The order was then sent to our warehouse for picking Monday morning. We should have notified you, that when we couldn't locate the item in the warehouse on the Monday afternoon, that we was in touch with our supplier to see if they had more of the same rug in stock. This communication to them, with the lockdown took longer than it would do usually, so we could have improved your order with that communication to yourself on Monday/Tuesday.
Our apologies on this, we generally are very good on this area, so it was unfortunate that you didn't receive communication to our usual standard. We did keep in touch for the remainder of your order being processed, once the initial communication was made on Wednesday.
We believed that we had one of the rugs you wanted, in our local branch, so to not let you down, we wanted to fulfil your order for you and get this checked ASAP on the next day. Which you was happy with. The following day (Thursday 14th) was when the rug was being checked, but unfortunately, we was hit with terrible snow in the Yorkshire area. It was not safe to drive or make a journey and we explained that due to the adverse weather conditions, we couldn't get in on the day as previously discussed.
The following Monday (18th), we confirmed that we had the rug you had ordered and with our retail store services down, such as vans etc. We had to get someone to go and collect the rug and bring it back to the distribution warehouse.
You received your rug on Friday 22nd, 13 days after the initial order. Our apologies on the delay this all caused. Thank you though for taking the time to leave your feedback, we appreciate anything to help us improve our services going forward. Kind Regards, Rug traders.

The rug was the cheapest I have found this style and colour but the quality is fantastic . I ordered late at night and it arrived in less than 48 hours . The customer service and quality cannot be faulted and I will certainly be back .

Sheepskin rug
I was fortunate enough to get a discount code, as I wouldn't have paid full price for as it wasn't as deep as my other sheepskin rugs.But still good quality!
