Still waiting for my delivery after…
Still waiting for my delivery after nearly 2 weeks of placing the order :( can’t get in touch with anyone Iv emailed called and left messages on Facebook :( 15th March I had an email stating the rug had left the warehouse was with couriers and would be with me the next working day, still nothing plus no tracking information or even details on what courier they have used :(

When I have looked into this for you, at the emails between yourself and our office, there was an email outlining the courier we had used and it's tracking information for you. The colleague also put on their email with this information to you, that they would be in the office the following day when it was out for delivery and to phone them if you have any further problems. The rug was not the colour from what we looked at on the internet and did not match our front room as planned. We were also unhappy with the quality of the rug and we can't afford to send this back. Gutted.

Flat weave rug - worked
Wanted a flat weave rug/mat that could sit on my wood floor, which was thin enough to allow the front door to open. Took a punt; great price, quick delivery, well packed and did the job, exactly the way I hoped. Well worth it. If it only lasts a year, it'd still be worth the money - and then I'd buy another. Cannot fault any part of the experience.

Very fast delivery of rugs I ordered
Very fast delivery of rugs I ordered. Nice quality but they were a bit on the smelly side, musty and a bit damp but I hung them on a clothes line for a week and the smell has dissipated thankfully.
