First Class Company
I really wish I could give 10 stars to this company, they are excellent. I had bought rugs from them before so I knew that the quality would be excellent and that they are delivered quickly. On this occasion there was an issue with the courier and the rugs were not delivered when the tracking indicated. As I could not contact the courier (the website advises to contact the seller) I contacted Rug Traders and the lady I dealt with was excellent. She chased up the courier on my behalf, which meant her having to contact them several times, and she also kept me informed as to what was happening. Glad to say the rugs eventually arrived today. A big thank you to staff at Rug Traders for all their help. I really can't recommend them highly enough.

Rug Traders gave me very good service
Rug Traders gave me very good service - theirs was the best price for the Carpet Square I bought and the delivery date was Tuesday, following my ordering it on Saturday morning. It arrived a day late but that was no problem. I am rather disappointed in the carpet itself. Although I like the design very much, it does not not feel as soft and fluffy as the other wool rugs I have. Also, it has an unpleasant smell - still - after a week. I would use Rug traders again but I would want to see the carpet first (somewhere, somehow!) and not buy direct off the Internet.

Very pleased with purchase
Very pleased with purchase although I did have to keep rug in place with rug tape . It's not as heavy as my old rug and did move but for the price it's OK. Saw the same rug on other sites costing much more

Rug amazing, delivery a little expensive
Great rug at a great price. only reason I didn't give 5 stars was the delivery was so expensive. However, the people who did the delivery were brilliant and kept in touch every step of the way

Still waiting for my rug ,ordered a week ago, no contact at all from rug traders. My daughter ordered a rug several weeks ago , same story.. no contact from Rug Traders. I appreciate the current situation with covid, but wouldn’t it be nice to be kept informed, everywhere else I have ordered from has done so?

I have found that there was communication with yourself and I believe there may have been with your daughter also, after an unforeseen circumstance that had caused our usual level of service to drop slightly.

I ordered a rug for a Xmas present, still no rug
I ordered a rug for a Xmas present on 9 Dec and payment was taken with Sagepay. I still have not received the rug, I have contacted rugtraders with their automated form and directly on email and have had no response. Even if this is not a scam, there is a kid with no present and there has been no effort to let me know there would be a delay.
21 Jan - still nothing, despite phone calls (unanswered) and more emails. Now passed to card company and Citizens Advice.

Excellent quick service
Excellent quick service. Ordered yesterday and items were delivered today. I ordered for an elderly relative and XDP were fantastic, thank you to Ifraheem who went above and beyond to help in anyway he could.

Following my earlier review I’d like to add a note of thanks to Gemma at Rug Traders (Ramstrad) who upon reading my comments took it upon herself to go above and beyond to ensure my order was delivered. Thank you Gemma, your assistance was very much appreciated.
I would rate my experience as less than negative if it were possible. It has been nearly a fortnight since Rug Traders took my money, I have tried to telephone (believe it or not to increase the order) on at least half a dozen occasions, each time with the phone just ringing out, and I have emailed both independently of the website and through the ‘contact us’ page but received absolutely no response. This feels like a scam.
I would now like to cancel my order and have my money refunded, although goodness knows how as they’re not there.
