I have ordered multiple area rugs from …

I have ordered multiple area rugs from RugStudio. Everything from outdoor rugs to runners and I have found the selection outstanding. The pictures & description really helped me know exactly what I would be receiving. I have yet to be disappointed with the quality or value.

Though I ran into trouble ordering from the website (it would not allow me to use a coupon code but did not explain the reason), I was given a mechanism to send an offline request for help that was timely responded to. The person assisting me was very helpful and resolved the problem to my satisfaction.

Reliable, helpful, full of options

So far I have found this website to be very helpful. I really like the variety in choice and pricing. Customer service is also incredibly reliable and seeks to appease (to their best ability) customer concerns and wishes. I would highly recommend this website for your home accerssorizing needs.

Professional all around

User interface is top notch compared to other rug websites. Very easy to navigate, filter and sort. Customer service is great too as they have a chat associate available during all business hours. Very impressed with the overall professionalism of Rug Studio.

Easy to order

Easy to order. Online help was great. I have spent hours searching different websites for rugs and Rug Studio has one of the largest selections I have found.
