I purchased 2 rugs on a 2 free day shipping promotion. The site indicated a Saturday delivery, at purchase. I had not received the rugs and I checked my account and it was marked as delivered. I contacted customer service and was told that the 2 day delivery just means they would ship it out in 2 days and the delivery window is 7 days out (despite the estimated delivery date). The agent told me they were sorry that I was confused-gaslighting. Then he told me they made an error on the delivery and they would fix the indicator.

Have bought several rugs from this company - loved them all! Need new rugs now and went to this vendor first. Never have been disappointed. Thank you!

I had a $20 credit for writing a review in January. It would not allow me to use it and didn’t show up in my account. I still have the email stating that I have a $20 credit. Feels like a bait and switch kind of thing which is too bad

This purchase is my third. Each time I am Amazed at the beauty of their rugs. They have changed the look of my house...adding magnificent color and warmth to each room. Their pricing is always fair, shipping is free as well as returns! Give 'em a try. You won't be disappointed!

The rug they sent me had more than 20 blemishes. Many areas without any wool sewed into the backing at all. I wrote to them. I sent them pictures and I never heard back. I expected that they would credit me for the garbage they sent me.

I’ve ordered a few rugs from rugs.com. This is the second time that my rug has gotten “lost in the mail.” The problem is rugs.com. does nothing about it. The rug just stays lost in limbo with no update or status. It just doesn’t show up. I have to call several times to get customer service to “investigate.” Then two months later I receive my product with no discount or money back. It’s just not worth it. Order a discount rug somewhere else.
