Was a little cautious doing an online order but the process was easy. Didn’t understand why we needed to track from another App to download. Estimate was for around 4 weeks but when checking the App said my rug was delivered, which concerned me when it hadn’t. Send off an email for support. Checked the main site and rug showed coming the next day which it did so was happy.

Timely delivery and the goods were exactly what was advertised

More than 6 weeks and no rug has turned up. Email inquiries unresponsive and unhelpful when they do. Am starting to think this is a scam.

I recently purchased a rug, and I couldn't be happier. The size is perfect for my living room, the colour is exactly as advertised and the quality is outstanding. It looks amazing, adding a touch of warmth and style to the space.

Although the delivery took slightly longer than expected, I was impressed with the customer service and communication throughout the process. They were positive, responsive, and extremely helpful, which made the experience much more enjoyable.

Overall, I absolutely love my rug! It's become a focal point in my home, and I’ve received numerous compliments from friends and family. I would definitely buy from them again in the future, as their products and service have exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend!

Easy to look after and really fun! The doormat I got is bigger and heavier than I thought, but works well and the large size is great.

Our rug was delayed. After contacting Ruggable we were soon contacted and after an apology soon received a replacement.

I was happy with my order of an outdoor rug a year ago so ordered an indoor rug beginning of December 2025. But because they exceeded their usual delivery time of 2-4 weeks by about 2 weeks and I didn’t hear from them, I sent an email asking for an update of my order. Promptly I received an apologetic email explaining why my order was delayed and a further 15% discount on my order because of the delay. I thought this was handled very well and I’m still happy with Ruggable. I hope my order arrives soon.
