I love ruggable rugs because they're range is not only exciting but they pride themselves on quality and convenience. A rug that looks great and can be washed is even better! They're customer service is next level too! I've bought 3 rugs so far and looking at a 4th. Obviously a fan 🤣

I’m really upset the thin undercarpet keeps folding in the middle :-( wish i had gotten the thick one

4 weeks had past since I placed an order with no updates on my rug delivery. I wasn't too worried as it was the Christmans New Year Period.
After contacting Ruggable, they confirmed there would be an unexpected delay. They offered to refund me in full if I did not wish to wait. I was nervous but happy to wait. The rug arrived a few weeks late but it is brilliant and I will definately be ordering more.

Lovely product, better than expected

The carpet is lovely but does have a slight weave imperfection in one spot which is annoying.

I really like my rug, while its thin it looks nice and the machine washablity is amazing. Putting it back together though is a nightmare! Rolling it up as suggested kind of works but it takes forever to get flat and neat again.

It’s been 6 weeks and the rug has still not shipped. I keep being told “it’s in the cutting faze and will ship out in the next few days” then it never does. I’ve had issues with ruggable previously but never with the actual shipment taking so long to even be sent. I gave them them another go after previously been sent dirty rugs that looked second hand, not packaged properly for delivery.Have to say this is the last straw. Not spending any money here again

We ordered two items which took months to arrive after chasing them and when they did - one was damaged, dirty and in fact not what ordered - don't deal with them - appalling

My rug came in an expected time frame even tho it was during the busy Christmas break. The rug is good quality and looks as I imagined it would in the room.
I would shop with Ruggable again definitely.

You can conditionally wash it, but you can't vacuum it properly. If you have a dog forget about it. No hard brush vacuum to be used on it as per caring instructions. So you will never ever be able to get your dog hair off unless you sweep it with a rubber broom. Also no autovac. Search this before purchase, support.ruggable.com.au "7088583853463-Can-I-vacuum-the-Rug-Cover-and-Pad" , you might think twice.

I love my new ruggable rug and looking to get another! It is fabulous. The quality kiss 💋 I ordered during the November Black Friday Madness and had it delivered in January - I knew there would be long lead times living in Australia, and when I asked how shipping was going, Ruggable were prompt in replying and apologising for delays - I didnt mind the rug is brilliant and perfect for my home

Second time we've been asked to leave a review since making this order. Can't tell you, it's been 5 weeks and no rug yet.

Unfortunately the bottom rug doesn't actually adhere to our floor so we're having to readjust the rug every day. It looks great, and the washable feature is great, but functionally it isn't there.

After receiving my item the whole experience was easy, I needed to refund due to wrong size for my space & I cannot fault the fast/thorough communication. It took a little longer than expected to receive but communication etc was top notch!

Bought my first rug for my kitchen. I had to engage with chat in order to find out delivery date. It came earlier than expected. I ordered the Aura Sage rug. It is comfortable to walk on and I am happy that I can wash it as it is in my kitchen. But I was not expecting the centre to be so grey looking. It is a slightly different colour than expected in the centre of the rug.

I am pleased with the design and quality of my rug.

Oneline purchase was easy (once I decided which mat to purchase). Delivery time was as indicated.

Ordered this rug on Dec 5 2025 hoping it’d arrive before Christmas. Didn’t realise delivery takes 4 weeks, so I waited. By Jan 5 2026 it still wasn’t here, sent an inquiry — and they apologised with an extra 15% off. Been wanting a Ruggable forever, so getting it cheaper made my day ✨

Haven't even received it yet! If there was a -4 stars, that’s how I would rate you bunch of scammers!
