Ordered two rugs concurrently same colour and design, different sizes. Colour supposed to be a light grey, both have a mauve/pink hue and one is significantly darker than the other. Contacted customer service 19/2 no response.

You know how a cat jumps straight up when startled? I was my cat this time the first time I stepped onto my new door mat. I was expecting the roughness of the old brush like mats or the rubber strips to wipe mud and dirt alike off.
No, instead I was met with the velvet like softness of a No. 2 head shave. Oh so soft. Annnndddd, it looks so stylish. Woo-Hoo!

The size is perfect for going down the side of my bed. The colours are gorgeous and goes very well with my decor. The feel of it when I have bare feet is just delicious. So all in all the rug is poifeck! I'll be back for another when I decide where I want to put it. So, Thank You Ruggable.

I bought two William Morris Lodden Flat Weave Rugs in Soft Rose & Teal for my Meals and Kitchen Areas (200x290 & 245x305). I am very happy with the rugs they are richer in colour than in the picture, soft underfoot and look beautiful. Even though I had read it could be difficult to attach the under pad I found it easy. With the larger rug you need 2 people. With the rug rolled in on itself I aligned the top corners of the rug with the top of the pad with a slight overlap and then smoothed the top edge. My husband held one end of the roll and I the other. We stood on the rug and walked it down slowly when we got to the bottom I pressed the velcro strips and then smoothed the whole rug. I just finished by tucking the corners of the pad into the corner pieces under the rug to stop it curling. With the slightly smaller one I could do it myself. The rugs have stayed attached and stayed smooth. I have had them 6 weeks and found them easy to vacuum and spot clean if necessary. They are too large for the washing machine but I'm happy they will be able to be hosed.

I love my new rugs. I have purchased washable rugs before but they were not as good as my new Ruggable ones. They stick really well to the floor, and look fantastic.

I absolutely love my rug! The colours are gorgeous, it's a great material as it doesn't catch/show marks or dirt. The grip on the bottom is also wonderful at not lifting.

Doormat is too big for the holder. As a result it doesn’t sit flat and just looks cheap.

The quality of the rug is great, however the colour differed substantially from the photos on the site.
I have bought a rug from Ruggable before, and the colours were true to the photos on the site, so I know it’s not my device.

Wrong rug delivered and had to wait another 3 weeks after waiting 4 weeks for correct rug to be delivered with zero compensation.

Absolutely love the rug I received and staff were extremely helpful when I was having trouble tracking my parcel.

Came with alot of loose threads, edges always fold upwards even after being washed and weighted down.

Finally a great return policy, I had a very good experience with Ruggable when I purchased the wrong colour and size rug for my new living room. They had personal and timely responses, easy return and my new rug arrived earlier than expected. Very happy and will buy from them again.

The wait is long. Given you pay a lot of money for those products you expect a quicker turnaround time. When enquired I was told they are creating it for me which I find interesting as it is a standard door mat.

Terrible experience. Rug chosen on website was beautiful tones of Olive and browns, but arrived terrible bright teal's and blue's. Immediately sent it back, will never buy off this company again.

Ive purchased 4 washable rugs from Ruggable Aus and will order more. The rugs wash well. The colour and designs are great. My only issue is Ruggable does not confirm orders via email. The last order took some time to arrive. I could not identify the order number on the website and I was concerned I had been scammed by a mirror website. It eventually arrived unannounced!
