Ordered 2 rugs at the same time supposedly the same colour, one is significantly darker than the other and both have a pink/mauve hue which shouldn’t happen on a light grey rug. Customer service never responded.

Great quality, beautiful colour

Extremely helpful and considerate are words that I would use for the customer service element of Ruggable. Their prompt response and customer focussed outcome to my issue was something that is not often experienced in this ‘fast’ paced society we now live in. This has been my experience each of the five times that I have purchased and interacted with Ruggable. The product is also high quality and extremely well manufactured product that I have the privilege of using every day in my home.

I had someone visit and they messaged me afterwards about my bedroom and lounge rug - they’d been looking for the size and quality appeal.

Here’s my response (which is basically a follow-up review, and I’ve already posted my first review on Trustpilot).

My lounge and bedroom rug are the same size, from Ruggable (ruggable.com.au) - made in USA but the Australian branch is over East.

They’re not a cheap option but I wanted them hardwearing + genuine quality, the best part is they’re washable - I’ve spot cleaned a few areas (fridge delivery boys’ boots 🤨) and came up undetectable 🎉🎉

Ruggable has been a joy to deal with; I wanted to size-up my original lounge rug order once I saw it in place (a little too small) and the whole process was completely hassle-free.
It meant I paid again for the bigger one, but my refund for the returned one was received immediately.

Free delivery, but be aware delivery can take about 4-6 weeks but meanwhile communication, updates and courier service (door to door, including returns) was seamless.

The size of the bedroom ‘Malibu Re-jute Rug’ (same as lounge), is 245x305. The underlay comes in two height options + that goes down first, then position the rug on top. Kinda ‘velcros’ to the underlay, so no slipping!

Previously I’d bought a jute rug (from a well known large yellow and blue logo megastore) to go underneath the bed area, but it lasted about 4 years before side edges shredded from light/reasonable wear and came apart.

I’m so impressed with Ruggable rugs that my outside + inside doormats and bathroom mat are from them too. I’ll not need to buy another one again - all washable as they separate from the non-slip under mat, and come up brand new.

Highly recommend - I guess you could say I’m a fan 😆

The buying process was easy but the pictures online didn't reflect colours of the rug that I received. Very disappointed and want a refund or exchange.

My front door mat is a quality item. It is strong, sturdy and welcoming . There is no way anyone could trip , as it is securely grounded. The purchase was not cheap, but the quality of the product is without question. I’m very happy with my purchase.

My washing machine had a running leak which went into the bedroom where the new floor rug was. It soaked most of the little river up so I just lifted the rug and hung it over the clothes line out in the sun where it dried perfectly during the rest of the sunny morning. No colour change, just a wet rug truly dried out, what more could I ask for.

I bought a large low pile rug as we have pets. The quality and colours are great. However after washing it is a nightmare to put it back on with the underlay. The rug also slightly shrinks, which makes the underlay mat the same size or bigger than the rug. It took us more than 40 mins just to align it with the underlay and put it back on. And definitely do not insert the rug into the corner slits it makes the end of rugs curve up. I love it but I don’t look forward to washing & putting it back together. I don’t know what’s the solution here but it’s a pretty frustrating situation.

Bought one for my kitchen.Loved the rug until I washed it. Followed the instructions of a cold machine wash and seemed fine. Then noticed it had buckled on the edging half way along. I had planned to buy a second, larger one for my dining room then changed my mind after seeing what happened to the first one. I tried to find a way to contact the company from the website and couldn’t.

The rug is beautiful. Exactly as advertised, easy to set up and great quality.

The delivery is within given timeframe and easy to unbox. We love the design and it’s been a breeze to remove out cat’s fur from it.
