I had been looking at Ruggable products for months. The release of the all in one product encouraged me to give it a go and order 2 for my living room. Ordering was easy & I appreciated the Black Friday discount.
When one of my rugs was delayed > 4 weeks I contacted Customer Service and Hilary managed the issue with generosity and professionalism. I received he delayed rug within 3 days. Perfect!

My rugs have taken longer than normal to arrive - and when I queried this, the company was so apologetic and even refunded me some money. I was not expecting that at all. But it made the experience so much better. Just received my first rug. It’s great! Matches so well where I wanted it. I’m pleased every time I look at it.

Received the wrong product and company has not acknowledged their error despite several emails and photos proving their error. Doormat looks wrong with the wrong underlay which is now a trip hazard.

It’s great how Ruggable allows you to try out different rug patterns online and compare favourite designs.

The rug was just what I was looking for! The colours are better than in the online image, which was a pleasant surprise. I love the feel of it and it is comfortable for when I sit on the floor to play with my grandson. It doesn't slip or move around too easily. It's low maintenance for a home with children and pets! It did take a while to ship but Ruggable kept me informed when it was on its way.

Even though the delivery was extremely slow due to a problem their end, their offer of a further discount was appreciated as I understand sometimes things get missed.

My order was overlooked. After 5 weeks I called. Handled well and received a refund but still waiting for delivery

I bought a rug during the Black Friday sales and after 4 weeks of receiving no shipping information, I reached out to customer service and they were quick to respond and very helpful.

I had ordered a hallway runner, including the mat pad. The mat came without the pad. Ruggable sent the pad after a couple of emails. However, the pad does not grip the floor and is actually quite slippery.

The rugs I purchased are great quality and easy to maintain. The colours also go with my home. It’s the second d time I have purchased and have found Ruggable to responsive to my queries when I emailed . Will buy again.

I ordered my rug on November 30, it’s now mid-January and it still hasn’t arrived. No word from Ruggable, just that it’s ‘being processed’

Extremely easy to create a return. The restock fee was also reasonable. Great response time from Support. Will be happy to try Ruggable again in future!

Just purchased my second ruggable rug after being so happy with the quality of my first. It looks beautiful in my living room and having little dogs, knowing I can wash it if need be is helpful.
Delivery was efficient and faster than I anticipated.
