Very professional car but this time I got a dirty and unclean car. Thank you very much.

I really love this machine for cleaner my carpet in house, the machine cleans very well.

The hiring process was easy and smooth but the device itself was in horrible condition, it didn’t lift any of the dirt from the carpet also was extremely dirty and smelly. Never again.

Everything was excellent overall. Our Rug Doctor stopped working during the cleaning process, so we contacted customer support. The issue was resolved within just a few minutes – the service was outstanding, and the machine itself is very good.

Hiring process and collecting the machine was fairly straight forward.
Had a slight issue once started but this was rectified by the customer advisor over the phone- wasn’t their fault- obviously previous user did not connect the hose back securely at the back and I’d not checked beforehand either-lesson learned.
Once started easy to use and does a brilliant job.
Will be using again 👍🏽

I would have awarded more stars but unfortunately the machine I hired had not been cleaned by the previous person. It was absolutely filthy, the rollers were totally clogged with Cat/ Dog hair. I would not have put that filthy machine anywhere near by carpets. I spent a good 30 mins cleaning the machine before I could use it. Perhaps there should be checks done before the next person hires the machine.

Equipment was easy to use and worked well.

The only hard part was access to the lockers to collect and return. No instructions as to turn handles to right ( intuitive) or left ( correct). Even when unlocked locker door difficult to open

The carpet cleaner worked well and removed the red wine stain on my carpet. As this was the first time I had used one I was surprised that there is on indication that the hot water tank is empty. When I realised that the tanks was empty and stopped the machine it put a large brown stain onto the carpet. I then had to refill the machine and with a bit of effort to successfully remove the brown stain. This problem did not when I cleaned further areas carpet and it cleaned other areas of my carpet successfully and the problem with staining didn't reoccur.

All fine in regular upright mode but machine leaking badly in hand-tool mode. I had a new model this time - have never had this problem with the old model

The machine was dirty and did not work. I have had to reschedule. The help line was quite good though.

Easy to collect and return. Worked very well on the carpets got them looking very good. Was very impressed.

It cleaned my carpets and rugs well, and the support desk was very helpful and diagnosed what i was doing wrong.

Booking process was so easy just got that in a day.
Easy to use and worked effectively.
Definitely recommend.

Worked well. Much more effective than the usual domestic carpet cleaner. So satisfying to see how dirty the used water is!
