Initial postage times were faster than they quoted on the site tho so that's good

This company gives excellent customer service 
I had a problem with the radio that I’d ordered for various reasons I had to return the device. They were really good understanding and helpful and were quick to resolve the issue and give me a full refund. Excellent service

I was able to get the free program that I needed. I could not be happier unless someone actually came by and programmed my radio for me, so that I could sit back and watch TV while munching on some popcorn drizzled with sriracha sauce.

Ordered the tecsun s2000 yesterday afternoon thinking it would be next week when it would arrive but was very Impressed to see that it had been dispatched soon after my order was placed.It arrived this morning!
