Impossible to withdraw, claiming not earned 1x.
First time I'm going through the trouble of rating on Trustpilot. I deposited 500kr, with a bonus needing it to 1x the deposit. I went to 1000kr and tried to deposit. Nothing, they claimed it was an error and it would soon work. Later they claimed I hadn't earned 1x the deposit, so I thought I had to earn it through casino, but even then earning 1500kr, nothing. Got up to 2000 on sports betting again and stopped. 2 months of back and forth, countless emails and livechats claiming I hadn't earned back enough (it still said 0kr earned on the website). I just gave up and bet it all on one, which lost. I guess thats what they are trying to do with each customer, tire them till they give up.

Sospensione illecita dei prelievi dopo somma vinta regolarmente
AGGIORNAMENTO: I simpaticoni di RTbet hanno cercato di mettere offline questa recensione, eppure alle mie svariate richieste di chiarimento sul blocco dei prelievi non hanno mai fornito risposta. La questione ovviamente sarà da approfondire per vie legali, ho già contattato un legale residente nella loro sede legale, non mollerò finché non avrò avuto giustizia contro questa truffa.
Possiedo account verificato con documento, fatti tanti depositi, persi soldi.. Poi un giorno riesco a sbloccare il loro bonus con il rollover x35 e come per magia mi bloccano i prelievi su loro decisione interna di "SICUREZZA". Ovviamente il compotamento è da denuncia immediata oltre che illecito: lo sblocco del bonus è avvenuto in totale coerenza coi loro T&C. Farò il diavolo a 4 con avvocati, cattiva pubblicità online e stalking continuo finché non rispetteranno le regole. Per adesso attendo che si rendano conto da soli della truffa che stanno apportando, sono disposto a rettificare subito la recensione eventualmente, ma credo che non lo faranno. Poco male, sono già alla ricerca di un avvocato ubicato nella stessa città della loro sede così da sveltire le pratiche. Per tutti i giocatori: EVITATE QUESTO SITO COME LA PESTE.
