the worst casino online ever
I have been playing on various online sites for years, but this site is the worst of them all so far. After winning a large amount, a clever employee came up with the idea to block my account for verification, and this happened a few hours after my win. They asked me to download documents from the site onto my account, which I dutifully did. Guess what? My account has remained unavailable for withdrawals for 5 days now. Of course, I can still play and deposit money ;). I have sent more than 30 emails to support and the VIP department, live chat, etc., etc.... everyone promised that it would be fine and that I should be patient—a rehearsed spiel just to stall for time and make things unnecessarily difficult.
I definitely advise against this site; I have kept all proof of all conversations.
I demand the immediate unblocking of my account, and I am entitled to my money!!!
Now another pathetic employee is going to post under this message saying they are sorry for the inconvenience and to contact support, but I don't believe those excuses anymore. I want to see actual action by unblocking my account.
