Delivery crew polite and good
Delivery crew polite and good. The problem is the chairs arrived in a huge cardboard box and now have to get rid of box. Well packed and protected, the rattan chairs for the money really good, and hope they last. Just one annoyance, had to wipe down the chairs as they were really grubby, obviously from Chinese factory, and you need to be aware of that. Would buy from Royalcraft again.

Extremely impressed with Royalcraft
After months of being let down on delivery of a bistro set from another well known company, I placed an order with Royalcraft. Five days later it is under my pergola! Looks very stylish and is extremely good quality. It was very well packaged and delivered right into our garden. I’m very impressed with their product, service, communication and that of their delivery company.
Can’t fault anything and would highly recommend Royalcraft.

So what's not to like?
This is a brilliant company to deal with. The web site contains a wealth of information about their products and is simple to use. We ordered an outside dining suite on a Tuesday morning and we were eating off it on Thursday afternoon, it having been delivered from Birmingham to West Sussex. The furniture is very high quality and excellent value for money. I've nothing but praise for the whole experience.

Chairs were just as seen on website.
Ordering on line was easy. Picture of chairs on website were very true including the comfortable cushions. Delivery was prompt and plenty of notice about day and then time.

Good quality chairs
Ordering online was easy with very quick delivery. Chairs are great value, come complete, no self assembly required. Good quality rattan, solid frame and waterproof comfortable cushions.

Bad Delivery
To be fair nothing wrong with the garden furniture that arrive and Royalcraft are fantastic but just watch who is delivering it. BJS was delivering ours and we're great right up to getting to the house. One of the men came out of the van and said before wven trying that it wouldn't fit. I asked them to try and they dropped one part off the back of van which was a great start. Then they were right it didnt fit. I asked if I unpacked it could we try again and they said that they isn't have time which is fair. They spoke in their own language to each other and I was never sure what they were saying. It was really unhelpful. I then had to have a call with their boss and in that tome we could of unpacked it and got it through the back gate to the garden. So it was all left on my drive for me to do on my own.
