Although it is still early days in our relationship with Rowan, I have found Chris Brook very approachable and professional in his dealing with the transfer of the management of our block to Rowan from our previous management company.
I am very confident that we will have a long term partnership with Rowan and would recommend the company to anyone

Pleased to have found Rowan
We are very grateful to have found Chris Brook from Rowan. Our block management company of 12 units in the centre of the Lake District National Park had been left in the lurch by a previous agent who had merged with a national conglomerate and was in danger of losing its ‘personal touch’. Chris Brook has stepped in at our most busy time of year, when we have the additional pressure of a huge project to organise. He has listened to what we want to achieve and understood well our accounting and building maintenance requirements and acted without delay to speak to contractors, create a budget and make himself available to our owners.
Based on our experience to date, I would be happy to recommend him.

We are tenants who are managed by Rowan…
We are tenants who are managed by Rowan Management, who are a family run firm. We've been tenants around 12 months and they are incredibly helpful, honest and just generally good people (which isn't something people often say about Landlords and property management companies!)
So many times they've helped us with stuff that isn't even their responsibility, whether it's weekend or 10pm at night. If they say they're going to sort something out, they always do.
Would happily recommend them to others.

A superb company - highly recommend!
The guys at Rowan are superb and by far the most accommodating management company I’ve come across. Having constant support from the team takes a load of my shoulders and allows me to focus on my own work! Can’t recommend Chris and the team highly enough. I use them frequently and have only ever had great experiences from them. Highly recommend. 👍🏻

Fantastic industrial business park for…
Fantastic industrial business park for a variety of business. JB PROJECT SERVICES LTD has signed up for their second year. It is great to know we always have the support from Chris and his team if we ever have anything that needs to be addressed. Our unit is very good value for money and feel it is a secure place for our requirements.

Rowan has proved to be an excellent management company for me in my start up business unit. There were so many things I was unsure about but I have been so impressed by the help given to me by Rowan and their professionalism and efficiency. It seems nothing was too much trouble and any issues have been swiftly addressed. I would strongly recommend this company.
