Faded ink, almost illegible in parts. Extremely overpriced hardcover book for the low quality and small size. Pages are very thin, brittle, crease with barely any effort and are likely to rip. Binding quality looks acceptable when new. They did not disclose how small the book was, it's not quite a Cambridge, but it was way smaller and lower quality print and page quality than expected. I will never spend another dollar with Routledge ever again. Despite there being USPS tracking, they didn't send a tracking number. The font is cute, but I feel let down after spending almost $160 on a thin, tiny, faded book. Shame.
Ordered an IN STOCK book on April 29. 77 days later and many excuses, I have NO BOOK. Do not consider purchasing ANYTHING from this company. SCAM company posing as a legit company.

I ordered a e-book. I sent a message to them after 10 minutes, nothing. I sent another message a day later, nothing. Two days later, nothing. Requested a refund and they still havent gotten back. I'd recommend just torrenting a book next time.
Book was poorly constructed and fell apart on first read through. I contacted customer service via their online form and never received a response. I tried a second time after some additional pages fell out of the book and still did not hear back from their customer service department.
Customers, do not purchase books published by this company. Authors seek other publishers for your books. Your readers will be better served elsewhere.

They hide the fact that there are tariffs under a "shipping policy" page, while claiming "free global shipping" everywhere else on the website. Waiting for a response to my complaint.
Cannot recommend, unless you have a lot of time and money and really need a book sold only by them.
I am extremely dissatisfied with the delivery service and overall experience with Routledge. My book was initially declared lost by UPS, and I had to spend hours filing complaints to eventually locate it. As the customer, I had to handle this entirely on my own, while Taylor & Francis Group, the sender I contacted, offered no assistance. This level of service is unacceptable.

I ordered books from their shop. After placing my order, I requested the shop provide shipping tracking numbers, which they did. I received all my books, and everything came in as described.
Routelegde.com did everything as promised, and my opinion is that they don't deserve such bad reviews.
Last Wednesday late at night I ordered a book from Routeledge.com. After I ordered it, I realized it would be shipped from the UK and there will be probably customs costs to ship to EU. After I placed the order I thought, too late, to check Trustpilot. I was shocked! I never should have placed the order! Such bad reviews...
BUT, because it is a print-on-demand book, it was printed for me in the Netherlands and shipped to my home without crossing borders! It arrived with the mail on Tuesday.
So Routelegde.com did everything as promised, and my opinion is that they don't deserve such bad reviews.
I've ordered from Routledge several times and every time I place an order with 2 or more books, one will almost always get lost or take forever to arrive. I recently ordered 3 books back in late November 2023 but one never arrived or even shipped. I contacted customer service (who respond very slowly) who then had to contact other departments so I didn't receive an answer for an entire week! Book then shipped days after that. However, they didn't even give me a tracking number so was impossible to know where my book was.
The customer service is a joke and their shipping is the worst I've ever experienced. Even when a representative "fixes" your issues, another one arises or the same problem just occurs again. I expected top-quality customer service since Routledge loves to overprice their books and claim to be a reputable academic resource. I've had better experiences with independent sellers on Ebay shipping their books in dirty boxes with no padding. At least those books actually arrive and have a tracking number! I'll no longer buy books from Routledge and I'm actually doing my wallet a favor atop of that. Good riddance.
I live in Canada. Orders are in US dollars and this is not a fact prominently disclosed on their website. You find out only after you place the order.
I ordered a book according to the delivery time of 1 week. I received one confirmation email but no estimated delivery date. I wrote to Customer Service.
I was told it's 2 weeks.
I cannot wait that long for personal reasons and

I cannot believe that a company like Routledge would treat its customers like that. It is unprofessional, and very expensive. I regret ordering from this firm.
Ordered a book and it never arrived. I could not sign into my account and never got any replies to emails I sent them.
Routledge is not set up to provide timely customer support. For example, I was not recognized when I signed in to access my resources (purchased textbook and supplemental materials). There is no number to call for support. Everything is by email. I sent one on a Friday. I sent again and they needed me to send a screenshot. It is over a week and I still am locked out. I am trying to prepare the final exam and it is extremely frustrating
