I reached out to support multiple times with a question when my item was held up in customs for a tariff. I never ended up receiving my watch. Shame on you. Never got a single response.

A fantastic watch from a great vendor
My Rotate North Atlantic watch is fantastic. The storm grey theme looks great and the watch movement performs well within specs. The band is comfortable and gives the impression of being durable. Hand alignment is perfect. I mention this because alignment issues with the hands on new watches (regardless of price) is all too frequent. The entire purchase experience with Rotate North was without problems. Also, receipt of my order took only a few days (from Belfast to Maryland USA). Looking forward to many years of service from my storm grey Atlantic. I recommend Rotate North without hesitation.

pretty good
Aside from not getting any updates on the whereabouts of my package for almost 2 weeks, after reaching out to the company, they quickly sent an indirect update from DHL on where my package was and when it was going to get here. I didn't hear back from anyone from customer support, so I imagine my order must've gotten left behind at some point. No big deal! The order arrived by Christmas and everything was fine. Aside from that, the watch is really nice! I won't go in depth, but the watch does have all the specs I would want in a watch. The bezel is extremely stiff and annoying to use and has a lot of back play. The model itself has been redesigned multiple times it seems with no updates on the bezel action, and the prior models tend to get put on sale right after you buy them at MSRP. But beyond that, everything else is pretty good.

Great watch
Fast delivery, great toolwatch with awesome finish and perfect bezel action, accuracy with +10 is ok for an NH 35, colour is fancy. I would only prefer to have an integrated (curved) rubber strap.

Fantastic Atlantic!!!!
Purchased an automatic Atlantic model a few weeks ago. What a find this company are. You can't get close to this price with any other watch maker. I think these guys are superb.
Don't spend upwards of £1000 on anything else. They may be new but if they keep producing this sort of quality, they won't be a secret for to much longer.

Superior Quality for the Price
I ordered on Dec 9 and received on Dec 13 (I am located on the US East Coast) - cheers for the ultra-fast shipping.
I ordered the Terrain Cat.1 38mm; the instrument is heavier than I expected but it's not uncomfortable or awkard.
I was pleasantly surprised that the waterproofing seems to be the real deal - I haven't had a chance to actually test to 100m but the gasketed and locking crown gives me hope.
The band was a bit of a surprise. I have relatively thin wrists and I am used to bands being a little large, but the band for the 38mm fits without a lot of extra room. That might be problematic over a wetsuit or gloves but that's just conjecture on my part.
The numerals are really easy to read, even without my glasses, which is really nice. The luminous portions are limited to the hands and the cardinal points (the 12, 3, 6 and 9 positions) which works for me but might be something to think of if you need to precisely determine the time with no light.
I haven't had it long enough to really notice time drift but it seems to be fairly accurate.
Overall I'm very happy with my purchase!
