Received an email today of a first warning because apparently the fault is with me not receiving an email mail bill. These people are constantly and consistently playing games here. Never had I received any communication in regard to my current bill. They’re fast to chase you up on bills but take no effort whatsoever in customer service: even a McDonald’s self service can do better

I was confused at the difference between Common Charges and Management fee's were when looking at my invoice and charges on my account. Candela at R&L was very patient and explained it all to me and sent me a copy of my yearly invoice and pointed out where that common charge fits in also what the Management fees were used for. Thanks very much Candela she was excellent

I have lived in Flat.3/3 16 Plantation Park Gardens over four years. The staff members I have engaged with have proved to be very respectful to my wife and I.
The company quickly responds to areas of concern like needed repairs in the facility. I could recall the time we had a fire accident in our flat in 2022, the company went all out to help us settle back speedily in our renovated flat.
