Horrible fraudulent shambles of a “company”. Advertising nice looking clothing online but sending absolute garbage that looks like it was put together by a child. Then refusing to offer a return/refund due to a system error? Get a grip. All makes sense when you look into their reviews and companies house records like their lack of capital and the fact that they’ve almost been dissolved multiple times. Should not be allowed to operate. Fraudulent scum.

Do not order from this website. The dresses on the website look lovely but they are the worzt quality dresses I’ve ever seen in my life. They have completely scammed me. Shein do better quality stuff than here!
After emailing about how unhappy I was and requesting a refund they denied my request because it was in the ‘sale’ and at most offered a 20% refund. After saying id accept , they emailed to say they were having system errors and would refund as soon as it was fixed. 3 weeks later and I’ve still had nothing!!!

DO NOT BUY !!!!! SCAMMERS !!! purchased the ‘serena maxi dress’ from this disgusting brand for £44.95, it’s turned up looking completely different to the pictures. I have requested a refund and have been told by ‘Charlotte Williams’ that under the sale item policy (absolute load of 💩) i can be given a maximum of 50% refund (it was originally 15% but i’m not going any less than 100%). I think they’ll find that under the UK consumer rights act law that it’s completely void when mis selling an item. Avoid at all costs you’ll end up with a rubbish dress and hours of your time wasted going back and forth on an email probably with some robot who doesn’t even know the law. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BRAND ITS A DROP SHIPPING SCAM FROM CHINA THERES BETTER QUALITY ON SHEIN AND TEMU !!!!!!

Ordered a dress and it is absolutely awful quality I have better from SHEIN do not order from here!

If I could rate these less than one star I would.
After waiting weeks for the product it arrives £45 dress absolutely shocking quality, too small around my bust area, after contacting Charlotte Williams at the customer service she repeated asked for videos and photos of the dress not fitting around my BUST, after refusing several times and demanding an explanation for this I was then told this would not have made a difference to my return as I wasn’t able to return or get a refund due to it being a sale item. I’m yet to receive a copy of the terms and conditions stating this and it looks like all items are sale items! Do NOT purchase from this company!

Ordered 2 prom dresses for my daughter !! Said they would ship within 12-14 days. Both delivered month later. Poor quality ! Unable to return as brought In a sale !! Avoid !!

Horrible customer service and they lie about the return policy, do not buy from them unless you want to lose your money.

As others have said - they’re not responding to customers who paid a lot of money for faulty products and now we can’t get hold of them. Totally irresponsible and not a legitimate business!

Ordered in Dec 2020 - never received item. Various emails confirming it was delayed and then I would receive a refund - 5 months later nothing! Emails have stopped being responded to and website has now closed. Waste of £30. It was my teenage son’s money as well. Highly recommend never to use them.

when i got a package, i opened it and the necklace was broken, the box itself was damaged, they should put more attention on packaging and delivering a product..

Poor delivery service, if you want to get your gift sometime this year I suggest you order it last year. Been round the houses trying to get a refund etc, won’t have it, haven’t received a response, shocking all around. Don’t waste hard earned money.

My son ordered the I love you in 100 languages necklace for his girlfriend and it's arrived with nothing in the middle of the necklace, they have no telephone number on their web site so you can't talk to anyone, it's a Christmas gift so have a very disappointed son with no gift for his girlfriend.

Bought this for my girlfriend last week and I just got my box early today. Cant wait to surprise my girlfriend with it on her birthday in 3 days, SO EXCITED! THANK YOU

got the necklace a few days ago, my mrs loves it, her and i know french as well so its def cute when we see it through the projection and we both say i love you in french hahahahahah, but yea love it, would recommend to others.

My partner ordered the ' I love you rose box ' as they seen it was sponsored on Instagram . But we have not even received the product and it has been around 2 months. I am all about supporting small businesses, however it is a shame that there are some that like to ruin it and scam. All emails are being ignored too, so don't bother.
