Appalling customer service, Really felt I was ripped off .
I purchased 3 item’s postage was nearly €18 now 2 months later I get a letter stating I owe another €18.49 when I contacted them I was told it was customs duty

I’ve been using this to remove my tan for a couple months now but on the last 2 uses it’s been burning my skin. I applied my fake tan hours later and it’s caused burns/rash all on my chest and neck. I recommend only using this if u really cba to exfoliate properly and not every week! And potentially only on non sensitive areas like legs, tummy.. I’m gutted to go back to hours of removal in the bath but this burning pain is really scaring me.

Never again will I buy the rose and Caramel Tan remover I never felt buring pain like it . My body felt like it was on fire. Every were I put it is now burnt .
I have been using e45 cream and soda cream 2 help get my skin back to normal .

This tan remover is a GAME CHANGER, all tan removed and my skin feels amazing! Will be trying the tan the weekend, and if it’s anything like the tan remover then it’s a win!

The sensitive purity excel tan removed has caused severe burns on my skin. I have used the product twice with no issues, and on my last two uses I have had burns - this final time very severe and all on the top half of my body.
It works to remove your tan but I won’t be using it again after the burning pain I am experiencing now.

I’ve tried so many fake tans (sol skin filter by molly mae, bondi sands) and they all make my eczema look terrible and the tan never stays in those areas so I have white patches every where. But this unity tan is amazing and my tan has never looked better! Its amazing. I’ve been searching forever for a tan that works with my skin and this is the one. AND THE SMELL. Honestly amazing

I hope this reaches as many people as possible because I don't want anyone to go through what I have. I used the purity excel tan remover, I did a patch test on my leg and arm 2 days before and it was absolutely fine. I covered my whole body from neck to ankles in this product and wiped it off with an exfoliating glove and my skin was ON FIRE. I started having a severe anxiety attack and called my husband in who couldn't believe how red my skin was. It felt like I had intense sunburn all over my body and this was making the anxiety attack even worse as I fell asleep not knowing how my skin was going to look in the morning. I woke up with dermatitis all over my face (didn't even apply the product here) and a severe eczema flare up (never had eczema in my life) followed a few days later. It's been 5 days and I've never felt so depressed about my skin in my life. I won't be able to fake tan or apply makeup for god knows how long and I'm a bridesmaid for my best friend in only 3 weeks. Honestly the depression this has caused me is heartbreaking. You should stop selling this product immediately before you're met with a lawsuit for chemical burns with no warning. PLEASE PLEASE do not buy this product, it is absolutely not worth it. Just use gentle shower gel and gloves.

I bought the 60 second tan remover after seeing it on a special offer on TikTok and thought it would be like any other tan remover but this stuff is a total game changer! It smells gorgeous, takes even a few days old tan off with just a wipe with an exfoliating mitt so no more scrubbing and having sore red skin, actually left my skin feeling really nice and soft. I've ordered some more!

I love this company my tan comes off amazing!

Bought the tan remover as I struggled to find any negative reviews. Was raved about on tiktok but does not work well on ultra dark tan. It removes about 60% of the tan but has caused severe skin irritation and burns. It states that it is suitable for sensitive skin but it definitely isn’t.

The tan is OK (used before) but the £4.65 p&p is a pissing joke!! Especially when the tan is overpriced in the first place, 5 days and still not received my order!! I won't be buying again unless they sort out that ridiculous p&p charge, where are they shipping from? The bloody US?? Jokers

Love they're tan but it doesn't last nowhere near a week! Comes out flawless and a beautiful colour but 3 days later it starts coming off. 😩 really patch, I want a tan that lasts atleast 5/6 days...

I will never buy of this brand again I purchased TWO tubs of the tan remover from tick-tock it took a while to arrive and when it did I only received ONE tub I contacted customer services with photos and also my order confirmation to just be called a liar and lack of evidence what the hell !! My hard earned money down the drain

Bought the rose and caramel tan remover don’t recommend at all has completely left me out with a rash and spot like all over my chest and stomach. Wouldn’t buy again not good at all for sensitive skin would save your money on this one.

All I got to say is I've purchased from rose an caramel site for 2 years, this year made a purchase from the trinity site for the trinity moose as my wife is obsessed with the product and swears its the best world wide ... in had an issue ... and I sent an email at 9pm and at 7:30am next day tasha messaged with amazing attitude and to be honest one of the best staff members in most companys I've delt with personally ... thank you so much
