Root2Ginger Omdömen 

The product - the fiery natural ginger drink - is absolutely delicious and my husband's favourite. It's a premium product and priced accordingly - a treat for birthdays etc - but he has found it to be the best on the market. The taste is amazing and a little of the cordial goes a long way. Top marks for the product itself!
However, it's only 4 stars because the 'backroom admin' and processes are a bit slow and clunky for something priced at this level. Delivery takes weeks, so order well ahead if it's for a special present, and (for instance) the website doesn't make it easy to keep track of or use rewards from the loyalty scheme, and the email asking me to review the product didn't name the precise product, or even have a link to the website in the main email, so it took a few minutes to check. Ideally, it would also be good to make the names of the products a little more different/ clearly related to the taste - I always struggle to remember which one is my husband's favourite, though the coloured branding helps.
All of this - perhaps excepting the delivery time - should be easy to resolve. The product is really special - now it's time for the tech and delivery processes to catch up.

Nothing comes close so much nicer than mother root which is vinegary! I met this team at a vegan food festival and have adored it since you can taste the good quality ingredients and that its made with love

We had a problem with the Royal Mail delivery but Deanne sent out a replacement parcel as soon as I got in touch. Great service and we LOVE the Fierce R2G version. Delicious !

Love these ginger drinks, got real taste, look forward to this every night instead of alcohol, postage could be quicker, and might be a little too pricey for some but it’s a tasty treat for us, wish it was in more shops to buy.

yes love your products appreciate the time & process that all batches are made from scratch to preserve freshness. Only thing is waiting for orders when you have made one big order the order comes in two deliveries, my only moan ! but again love love produce

Excellent tasty food products, well prepared and packaged.

I have ordered the Spiced Ginger a few times now. Always arrived beautifully and carefully packaged as it comes in a glass bottle. Very concentrated so only have to use a little. I jave it as a tea with lemon and honey at night. Delicious.

Excellent drink,can be mixed to personal preference. Prompt delivery. Have bought before will by again

Root2Ginger is superb. Having tasted it at a stall earlier this year, I bought a bottle to take home.
Root2Ginger is my end of the day treat with ice & tonic. Nice and fiery but not over strong. I have just purchased my second bottle. A great and tasty alternative to an alcohol aperitif.

I bought some of this yesterday at Manchester campfield market, the lady gave me a taste of all 3 which were all equally as good. I eventually bought a smaller bottle as I was having to carry it around. I hope it helps with my arthritis and fibromalagia as im at a loss at the moment. The taste was lovely and firery. Will up date on the joints in a few months.

Copy of an e mail sent to R2G last Sunday ……not had a response in almost a week. Lovely product as I’ve mentioned on previous reviews but I’m afraid customer service is lacking in this instance.

Hopefully a positive outcome will prevent me cancelling my recent subscription
