Apartment was exactly what we expected
Apartment was exactly what we expected. There were a couple of issues on check in which were addressed immediately. Marvan was excellent. Location was perfect. Walking distance to a lot of things and a taxi rank just down the road. The only issue would be the second bedroom which had a double bed on a mezzanine level and 2 singles downstairs. The en-suite bathroom has a partly glass ceiling (mezzanine level on top) and a glass door. So no privacy in bathroom. We were a group of 2 couples so it was not a problem for us as other bedroom had its own en-suite. Would only be an issue If more than 4 people were staying. I would definitely stay again in this apartment.

Very spacious apartment!
We had a wonderful stay in this very spacious apartment. It is very conveniently located: we walked to all the beautiful places there are to visit in Rome. Thank you very much, Gaëlle of Romeloft for all your help! Your responses were always quick and you had great suggestions for our stay. The apartment has comfortable beds and a lot of space. The kitchen is nice, everything works. A few small suggestions: some cereal/soup bowls would be great and I believe every house/apartment should have smoke detectors and a carbon monoxide alarm... We will definitely book again with Romeloft and I can recommend it to everyone looking for a good, reliable place to stay in Rome!

Romeloft.com simply the best
I have been using Rome loft over 8 years and my fondness this service keeps getting better , this time we stayed in the Trevi house , you can acutely see the fountain from the windows, beautiful flat in every aspect . A touch of modern to the old place and well preserved to exhibit the Roman art and architecture.
The accomadation was fully furnished and had everything a family needs , nothing is missing , I don’t usually yake with me anything as I know Rome loft thought of everything I could need .
This time as I always have done used the pick up and drop off service which adds a touch of lauxery to the trip with the same price as the normal taxi ride ,
Thank you Rome Loft fit yet another amazing holiday .

Easy to deal with. Honest description of apartment. Agent met with us as scheduled. He was polite. Owner also came by - she was delightful and it was lovely to meet her.
