Wonderful apartment in a perfect location! We spent 3 nights there and the experience couldn’t be better! Cozy, clean, quiet…perfect!When I go back to Rome, I’ll choose it again with no doubts!

I traveled with my friend in November in France and Italy. In both country we decided to go with local rental agencies and it was definitely a great choice. Romeloft staff was very efficient and the apartment was super comfortable, well appointed and few steps from the main attractions. Thank you for the fab stay!!!

We recently stayed (late October to early Nov. 2023 - stayed 10 days) @ property managed by Romeloft called "Pantheon Large Terrace Penthouse". This was our first time with Romeloft, but we have stayed in apartments throughout Italy over the past 5+ years managed by other companies. Our experience was a major disappointment..the apartment which has amazing potential was very dirty - the living room & dining room furniture slip covers were heavily stained/dirty. The kitchen had pots & pans that were also dirty & not in good condition - we had one dish towel that was spotted with bleached stains, no oven mits were provided, not even an appropriate pot to boil water for coffee. The Italian coffee pot and tea pot were ruined. There were many water stains throughout the apartment from leaks which was growing mold. Honestly, the apartment was not clean. The apartment is two floors - 1st floor are 2 bedrooms with bathrooms; the 2nd floor was the living room, kitchen and eating area with a 3rd bedroom and bath.
Each floor had its own WiFi (1st floor with main router & 2nd floor w/ booster) but we only had the 1st floor information for access (user & password). No one in customer service could provide us with the booster password so for our first five days no WiFi/internet on the living area. Finally, after daily emails, Romeloft provided their router.
The pictures posted on Romeloft's website are not accurate at all...they must be very dated. In all honesty, we can not recommend this apartment or Romeloft.

The location was perfect, within walking distance of all major attractions. The Via Giulia has great restaurants nearby, markets and also nice bars. Would definitely stay here again! The young man, sorry forgot his name, who met me at the flat was thorough in going through the property and bailed me out when I left both sets of keys in the flat. Thank you!!! p.s. the apartment I rented is the Romeloft Giulia luxury suite:)

My and my two other friends stayed at this apartment for 10 days. The apartment was perfect for us! Clean, spacious and nicely decorated. The location was outstanding! The aparment is perfect if you want to live in the heart of Rome!

Our host Carlo, was super helpful and super available. He lived super nearby and helped us a lot. He also was super friendly and came with great tips for attractions and restaurants.

Will definitely stay here again!

This is our second Rome Loft experience, and we are delighted with the staff, the apartments, the locations. This apartment has amazing views and is large and comfortable. The location is excellent, near everything, including a great food store. There is also a fantastic restaurant across the square that we loved os much we ate there 4 times. The second floor bedroom has very low ceilings in one part. It wasn\'t a problem for us, but just be aware. The second floor bathroom is a bit tired, but works well. We did have a brief issue with losing heat and hot water one night, but Rome Loft was there by 11am the next day and it was fixed. This time we used Rome Loft for our airport transfers, coming and going, and it was perfect. When we go back to Rome, we will use Rome Loft again. Thank you again and again.

We recently stayed in the lovely "Trastevere Modern Apartment" for a week. In fact, we were the first people to stay in it! The building is brand new and has 24 hour security/doormen. The apartment is very well located, well equipped, and very comfortable. We enjoyed each morning on the balcony lingering over coffee in the sun. The balcony is not overlooked by anyone, and itself overlooks a schoolyard, with trees on a hill to one side and the far-off hills over the river on the other. There is a rooftop area which had not yet opened when we were there, but which would enjoy spectacular views. You can take the local train from the airport - the apartment is just a short walk from the Trastevere Station. Trams 3 and 8 stop just a block away and quickly take you to the historic centre and further. You can also walk across the river to the Ghetto and centro storico, Testaccio, Garbatella, and the Aventine. There are 5 grocery stores (we found the Elite on Trastevere to be best) and many small food shops in easy walking distance, as well as many restaurants and cafes. We would especially recommend Il Matto - a lovely osteria on Via Portuense, Seu Pizza right across the street, and Cucurucho Gelato, also on Portuense. We have often stayed in this neighbourhood over the past 23 years, and can not recommend it highly enough.

Appartement: Via Babuino - locatie 10/10 - grote appartement 10/10 voor 2 volwassen en 2 kinderen. Comfort: 7/10 : zetelbed 5/10 niet geschikt voor volwassenen-slechte kwaliteit. bed in slaapkamer ligt vrij goed maar bij iedere beweging kraakt het. Kookgerei is ondermaats. Hygiëne: 5/10 - heel vuil - we hebben het nodige afgewassen en uit de kasten op een proper plekje gezet daar de kasten tevuil waren. De vaatwasser, koffiezet en warmwaterkoker waren verkalkt. De kranen in de badkamers eveneens. 1 ervan hebben we de filter losgekoppeld op te reinigen. Het water liep niet meer. Vriezer was vies en zat onder het ijs. Op een nacht hoorden we een muis piepen in de slaapkamer. De wasmachine was smerig en het strijkijzer zat onder het stof. Er zaten spullen van andere gasten in de kasten. Terras was vuil; alle airco’s en verluchtingen kwamen er op uit. Het rook er onwel. De 2 douches hebben we niet durven gebruiken daar ze niet netjes waren. Afstandsbedieningen en schakelaars zijn vuil. 1 keukenhanddoek voor een verblijf van 7 dagen. Als dit appartement zou opgeknapt en goed onderhouden worden zou dit een fantastische plek zijn.

RomeLoft får helt sikkert 4 store stjerner for deres imødekommehed og hurtige tilbagemeldninger, men lejlighed som vi havde lejet på Vicolo del Cinque er maksimalt til to stjerner.
Vi havde reserveret lejligheden ca. 5 måneder, før vi ankom og vi havde glædet os til 14 dage i denne penthouse lejlighed med 40 m2 tagteresse.
Da vi ankommer kl. 21.00 og ser lejligheden bliver vi noget chokkeret over lofthøjden i store dele af lejligheden. Der stod i beskrivelsen at mezzaninen havde en loftshøjde på 1,90 meter, men der stod ikke, at der stort set var samme loftshøjde i halvdelen af underetagen.
Det næste er, at der ikke er nogen parasol og kun en liggestol, hvilket ikke passede til beskrivelsen af lejligheden og til august måned i Rom, hvor solen bager.
Vi oplevede en weekend uden varmt vand og et askebæger fyldt med gamle skodder.
Lejligheden er beliggende i en partygade, hvor der kan forventes støj fra kl. 19.00 til 03.00 fra mandag til søndag.
Trapperne inde i lejligheden ville aldrig blive godkendt i Danmark, da de er meget smalle og der mangler gelænder på det meste af trapperne.

Fantastisk beliggenhed, lækre lejligheder med rigtig dejlig pool.
Personalet er venlige og imødekommende, og morgenmaden superfin.
Et sted vi som familie kommer tilbage til igen.

I asked online for a two bedroomed apartment with central heating, and Carolina found then sent me two available for our dates. I booked with Julianna and made arrangements for airport transfers and last day bag storage. It was easy, professional and efficient. No hidden hassles or hidden costs.

The driver was waiting at FCO with a very nice Merc.

Marvan met is at the apartment and showed us around with kindness and professionalism, then we made the final payments. I’d asked for the central heating to be turned on before we got there, and it was.

The apartment was even better than advertised (The Vatican with a view of St. Peter’s 500 yards away) and the central heating was great, especially at New Year.

At the end, instead of using the bag storage half an hour away, we were granted a late check out at no cost, which was very useful as my wife had badly hurt her knee in the street a few days before and this saved us a lot of running around on our last day. So we had more time in Rome.

Marvan was there to see us off and help us and the driver was friendly and punctual.

Excellent service, courtesy, professionalism from start to finish. Zero hassles.

The apartment was just lovely and very large. We had eight rooms to ourselves; two bedrooms (one with wooden logs right over the bed,) two bathrooms, a large living room with formal dining area, beautiful artwork, breakfast dining room, kitchen, and lovely entry way. The views out of the windows were wonderful. We couldn't have chosen a better place for our stay and we really did not want to leave. The lift worked fine. Everything was as expected. We did have to wait a short time for someone to show up to help us find the apartment, but not a real problem. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Fantastic service and fantastic apartment location is perfect for site seeing and so close to everything. We were 2 couples and the apartment was perfect so large to accommodate us all. Highly recommend and we will return. Marvan was a great host and took his time to show us the apartment even though our flight arrived late in the evening. He was available throughout our holiday. The Penthouse is everything and more...Spacious comfortable location location location!!! Terraces with views you dream of...My daughter's wedding .morning the photos that were taken were stunning....magical.the night before the wedding her husband was able to Serenede her from the bedroom Terrace as she listened to him from the main terrace..it was like we were watching a movie... when we arrived we noticed the name on the apartment..it is my families name..We were home💗 and it felt like home....
There was only one snag.the elevator..we got stuck at midnight.. but eventually made it back down to the main floor ..and used the stairs.. the next morning maintenance was there to fix it... if anyone gets stuck open the first set of doors so u get air!!!! It was pretty hot in there.. close them and try again to get down to the ground floor...
I recommend to everyone there is no place better to stay.. la Dolce vita💗
