Great location in Campo dei Fiori. Apt was clean and comfortable with good AC in all the rooms (a must in summertime Rome). Would stay again. Rome loft agents were responsive and helpful, and the airport car transfer made checking in simple.

The apartment was fantastic, very clean, and who could ask for a better location. Very quiet even though in the heart of the city. The management were very accommodating and we will use them again when back in Rome.

The apartment was exactly as it appeared in the pictures. The view out the kitchen window is sublime and the beautiful, large terrace was perfect for sitting together as a family in the evenings. We stayed in Rome during a period of extreme heat but the apartment has air conditioning which is ideal. The small bedroom off the main bedroom however was very hot. The apartment has many amazing books and has interesting and intriguing artworks. There are some seagulls around the building which are charming but quite noisy. It is a very well located apartment and we would definitely stay again. Dealing with Rome Loft was good however it would have been more convenient to receive more emails closer to our arrival to reassure us that all was in track. The check in however was easy as was the car service we organised upon arrival at Rome airport.

everything worked well through Romeloft.com.. finding an appartment that was superb. the only issue i had was that I requested the transfer service from the airport. Twice. Never had a confirm on it and it did not pan out.

I'm from New York, US and was skeptical at first about using a foreign booking site I wasn't familiar with but everything went very smoothly. The place we booked - Piazza Mattei 10 in Rome was incredible, the pictures don't do it justice to be honest.

Overall we had a really smooth and enjoyable experience with our apartment. The only issue was a lack of fresh towels which no one seemed able to understand.....but overall recommend the company

Le site web est bien fait, le service taxi parfait.
Par contre le kit repas est un peu decevant, un panier ou un arrangement quelconque aurait ete plus acceuillant que les boites d entasses dans leur sac de supermarché. Le repas ewt un plat de pates basique mais du sans gluten erait disponible ce qui est rare.

L'appartement correspondait a la description a la vue et a l emplacement, mais sentait assez mauvais et n erait pas totalement propre. La terrasse tres sale et il n y avait meme pas une chaise longue pour s y reposer.

The apartment was really nice. I would love to be able to rate it a 5star experience, but there was some confusion on the payment. The office had by mistake sent me a mail with a wrong amount, which caused some confusion at arrival. Further we were kindly allowed to check out late the day of departure. However this agreement had not been communicated to the cleaning personnel.

I'd appreciate better information about fees etc. before ordering, not after.

Everything was super easy and clear. I sometimes use a concierge travel service and RomeLofts was on par with them in every way! Need a pick up at the airport, a breakfast box, or easy check-in? They have you covered with even more services available. Would highly recommend!

Overall experience 3.8 - The apartment is not really for 6 pax, it is too small for 6 adults. We were a bit uncomfortable. it is only 1 bedroom flat plus a small mezzanine.
The shower needs better cleaning and the terrace doesn't look like in the picture.
Apart from that, the rest was fine and the location is excellent.

This apartment in Rome was fantastic! Great location near the Spanish Steps and shopping along Via Del Corso, and high quality, comfort and amenities. Having a fully equipped kitchen and a washer/dryer for our week stay was also very convenient. The apartment managers were quite helpful and responsive and answered all questions in a timely manner. Would stay here again in the future. Thank you RomeLoft!!

The apartment had no information in it re the appliances.
I have stayed in the Campo de' Fiori area several times but found this apartment too noisy due to the 6:30 a.m. carts hauling goods to the market and from 17:00 due to the beer shop on the ground level two doors away. It is too close to the market and faces the street.
I would not take this apartment again due to the noise.
The apartment was very clean and I enjoyed staying there except for the noise level.

My best girl and I had almost 4 days in the Romeloft apartment , LaScala 35 in Trastevere area.This stay has in all ways been a very
successful event! The appartment is very tasty and well equipped!
An extra plus ist the lovely little balcon with room for a table and chairs-and very nice wiews indeed!
All communication with the Romeloft people before/during our stay has been precise and successful!
we would very much like to return to this address!
