Recently purchased a car from Romans. One of the customer service I've received in a while. The whole process was stress free and enjoyable.

Special thanks to Stephen who looked after me who was absolutely fantastic. Perfect guy to deal with. Not at all pushy, but highly knowledgeable. Lovely guy and really helpful. Throughout the process was always on hand to help every step of the way and communicated well throughout the week. Very comfortable dealing with him and if I were to purchase again would be great to deal with him again as well as the Romans team.

Josh was very helpful and friendly too in appraising my car for part exchange and also on helping with questions about the car I was purchasing. Thank you

I entered into a conversation with Romans not knowing where the outcome would lead me. I was introduced to Ben (one of the sales team there) by a coleague and recent customer. Ben was a pleasure to talk to about the cars in the showroom, and there was no pressure selling to sway me away from, or towards, any marque or model in particular. As he says, "...The cars sell themselves", and to be honest once in the showroom you are already in the spider's web. One does not need to be sold to, one just needs time to muse the options and have a knowledgable sales executive on hand for questions.
Once we had narrowed my options down I was offered a test drive, but opted instead for a test "ride" as a passenger with Ben, who knew how to operate the vehicles in his care safely, whilst impressing with their capabilities.
The answer to the question is "Yes", I ended up a customer, and even a few weeks later the team are still happy to be on call for any questions.
As I may have mentioned, no pressure selling, and a very pleasant experience from start to finish.
Thank you to the whole team at Romans, and I fear for my bank balance that I may be visiting you again in future.

I went from Bristol to Romans to purchase a car and the whole experience could not have been more enjoyable and easier. The selection of cars available was incredible. The car I had come to see was presented to an impeccable standard. My salesman, Ben, was fantastic throughout the whole experience with nothing being too much trouble for him, he was both thoughtful and professional. The receptionist was also very kind. The culture adopted appears to be one of the ‘customer first’ which makes a pleasant change. I would thoroughly recommend Romans and would use them for future car purchases without hesitation. Took the car down to them, checked over and even got a tour of the showroom. Payment arrived immediately and no hassle whatsoever.
