Rock My World Travel Omdömen

Booked a trip to Disneyland through rock my world travel and cannot fault them. Always checking in to ask if there was anything they could do, helped us with booking things and reminded us when check in opened etc, gave us tips to help make our trip run smoothly, fantastic customer service and communication! Definitely recommend.

Faultless service from an engaged and warm team of experts!

Once again a fantastic service, found exactly what I was looking for within budget. The team are excellent at what they do, they are very prompt at replying and arranged every aspect of my trip to London so you don't have to do very much. I was a bit unsure and apprehensive about getting around London when there, Rock My World gave me all the information I needed down to what line to get on and what platform it made it very easy and stressless. Isobel is amazing and everyone else in the team. Highly recommend them and wouldn't plan a trip or holiday again without them

Rock My World gave us a highly personalised service and no matter what we threw at them - hotel changes, itinerary changes etc, they were always very helpful and found us great options. They were always available to chat through details on phone, email or text. There were also much appreciated little touches during the process which we wouldn't have experienced through our usual travel research process of having hundreds of windows open looking for best holiday deals! Great stuff, thank you very much.

RMWT answered my questions and were regularly in touch. I was very happy with my holiday and my experience dealing with RMWT.

Amazing service for our magical trip to Lapland. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Quick to book everything for us. Very friendly and efficient. Made my life so much easier by lightening my holiday mental load!

Rock my World from start of the booking process to completion of our holiday provided an exemplary service with a helpful and informative team who were able to answer all our questions. Great service, Rock my World rocks!

Great experience booking our honeymoon through rockmyworld. Very helpful at every stage and great communication throughout. Gave us a great range of options when deciding where to go, also setup a honeymoon fund and arranged excursions for us in advance of the holiday. We both had the best time! Thank you.

Excellent service again from the team at RMW. Last minute change of plan handled well and good options offered

Hotel pool area was great and nice to have a good beach a short walk away. The cove right beside the hotel was perfect for snorkelling in. Hotel was a nice size and not too busy. However, I would not recommend going to Mallorca at the end of October as it is the end of their season so a lot of restaurants and shops in the town were closed and it gave the place a bit of a weird, ghost town vibe.

Communications were excellent and staff very helpful. Opportunities to discuss the holiday were made available which is reassuring. Flights and tickets for train travel were all perfect. Over all the main thing was that I was able to concentrate on enjoying myself without worrying about travel logistics. A great holiday experience. Thank you!

Thank you to the Rock my World team for all your help! We had previously spent hours trying to find something suitable but with no luck. Not only did you meet the brief but came in under budget too.

Personal service

Isobel and the team have always delivered and found the perfect family holiday for us. Even when we had a change of plan half way through, nothing was too much trouble and they made sure we were happy with everything before going ahead and helped to find us an alternative.

Whole team helpful in tailoring our holiday to suit. Very experienced and knowledgeable

Isobel and Leanne are amazing, nothing is ever too much bother for them - always reply in timely manner and happy answering my many questions.
I would recommend anyone to book through Rock My World- the service is excellent and will always give you a number of options, even when on your trip they are always contactable which is really reassuring when in another country.
