Start to finish the whole process was made extremely easy for us each person we interacted with was very knowledgeable about their hand in the process

As usual, everyone I worked with was exceptionally efficient as were the digital programs I used online to complete my equity application, review and approval process.

Our agent, Gino Khammo, was outstanding. He was very polite, courteous and knowledgeable. Going through the process was a breeze. Everyone that I had contact with at Rocket was exceptional.

Over all great communication, friendly staff. I’m happy with my experience!

Rocket has some of the best, most stressful free processes of any company in this business. I stay with them for how easy they are to work with and they are always competitive with rates. Even if they are slightly higher payments their customer service makes up for it.

Rocket Close kept me informed of upcoming dates, paperwork needed and helped with problem solving. Maurita Somerville and Jillian Jakubik were always available to answer questions and, if necessary, revise schedules.

I paid for all the services. I paid for all the fees. I provided all the information and documentation. I was charged for all of your fees. At the end of the day, I still have to do all the work to get my loans paid off. It doesn't make sense that Rocket couldn't send the checks to the correct offices to pay off my bills.

Kristen did a fantastic job guiding me through the process of the sale and working with my loan company on my upcoming purchase.

From the beginning they guided me through the process step by step all I had to do is follow the instructions provided on my email.They also had a VA expert work with me and he provided me with the personal details and phone number just incase I needed to ask a question.At closing I started out with online paperwork and aNotary on line but I got blocked out with one of the questions and thought I would have to reschedule but they provided me with a Notary to come to my house the same day.The closing went well and the entire experience was smooth.

My refinance with Rocket mortgage was awesome great information and guidance to help me make a decision for my needs, they help me through each task and approve my financial plan in a timely manner.

It was the people that made it great thank you to all Brian,mia,Patricia Dejarnay ,Carolyn there was some miscommunication here and there but all in all It was a nice experience

Overall, the experience was good. However, communication could use some work. I had to reach out several times for updates.

The process took way too long. I would get an email every day that I had documents to sign or action to do yet there was nothing there. There were issues with the electronic check deposit so a paper check was issued. I was told I would get the check over night via UPS yet it was sent regular USPS mail and took 4 days to get with no communication as to the change in delivery process. The agent was very hard to understand due to his foreign accent.

Rocket Mortgage made our experience so easy, everyone was so helpful and very supportive. We would recommend them to anyone who is looking to buy or refinance a home!

Seam to take longer than expected. Also was not given the option to have a wire transfer for the debts I wanted to payoff but was mailed checks that I had to find the right address to send them to and then wait again. However, what was my current Equity was taken care of by wire transfer? I don't understand why all could not have been handled by wire transfer.
