No costumer service / help
I put in my old address by accident. I immediately wrote costumer service about my mistake,, gave them my new address and ask if they could please change the delivery address on my order. Never heard back from them and they send it to the wrong address 1 or 2 days later. :/

Beautiful socks in lovely strong colours. I bought Betsy wool socks in cherry red and moss. Cosy, warm and very comfortable. They’ll make perfect gifts.
I only wish they’d had separate boxes for gifting but the presentation was lovely plus the bonus of plastic free packaging made the whole purchase (almost) perfect ☺️
