Great customer service
Great customer service, soldered a connector for me and had also offered to take it home and solder it, then take it to an event we were both attending. My local hobby shop, will likely be in there often!

Order arrived with a couple of items missing but quickly rectified and sent out when back in stock.
Communication was good.
Will use again.
My experience, take the UPS delivery times with a pinch of salt, both times my delivery has been pushed back by a couple of days.
