I had been looking out for thi arranger keyboard for a while, when this came up for sale and was from Rimmers Music I purchased it, all communication was excellent and the delivery was just a couple of days with proffesional tracking all the way.
Just wish they sold these arrangers at their Chester branch, I think the younger generation would be very intersed in these if they actually knew what they where, Yamaha Music dealers are missing a trick here.

The Wait For The Yamaha DGX 670 Piano Keyboard Was Worth It
The wait for the delivery of this instrument was well worth it. A very good looking and sturdy instrument with amazing voices and smooth keys. This is the kind of Keyboard from Yamaha that I don't think I will resell. I'll pass it on to my Grandkids. The delivery was done safely and the driver was quite polite. Thanks Rimmers Music. The instrument came with no scratch or damage.

Excellent easy and fast service
I've ordered two keyboards from this company a year or two apart. On both occasions the online purchase was straightforward with perfect next day delivery via FedEx. Also both keyboards were at the best online price anywhere at the time.

Failure to fulfil order
I ordered a piano package (with stand etc) which showed as available for next day delivery. It was only once I ordered that there appeared to be a problem.
I had to repeatedly contact Rimmers to find out the issue, which was that the piano was in stock but not the stand. Hadley in customer service arranged to despatch the piano, assuring me several times the stand would just be a week later.
I had to chase Rimmers for the stand (even though I had paid for it) who unapologetically said it would be later than planned. I asked for a refund but got no response.
I just want what I ordered (and paid for) or a refund.

Rimmers Music provide an excellent service!
Rimmers Music demonstrated a good old fashioned service culture, lots of advice from the sales team, without being at all "pushy!", and all with great pricing. A minor delivery issue was well handled and we are delighted with our new Yamaha CLP-385 digital piano.

Yamaha DGX 670
I ordered my Yamaha DGX 670 last Friday and expected it on the Monday, but to my surprise it came the next day on Saturday,when I unboxed it and started to play, the sound was amazing, I'm playing it now every day, I'm still learning but can play a little, I'm very pleased with Rimmers music where I ordered it from, I watch their reviews on YouTube all the time, I'm a mature learner at nearly 72 of age , I'll be ordering the stand soon, very pleased with Rimmers Music

I have been looking for a digital piano for a while. I love my new Roland - excellent value. The price was very competitive, and delivery was quick. I went for the self-assembly option and the instructions were very straightforward. The sound is great, and it looks good too.

First Class Service....
I made a call for more information on a Yamaha Clavinova Piano and was randomly connected to Richard in the Edinburgh shop - what good fortune, he was a fount of knowledge and wisdom (I am not a musician...) and made sure I was comfortable with the purchase as a gift for my grandson. Dispatch and delivery information was very clear and simple as was the payment process. DX the courier was another story... but Rimmers Preston (Leif) did their utmost to put things right after delays by the courier, even covering my mileage cost to collect the piano. Absolutely First Class Service - rare these days, Well Done Everybody!!
