Money taken, book never came ! Scam! Stay away !!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!!
Purchased a book that claims in its description to be a hardcover and they're not - they're digital - when emailing, it's only an automated response!
If you have made this mistake - you can call your bank and ask for chargeback and get your money back!

This site is designed to be deceiving. Gives customers a false option to get a hardcover book, and then they claim it is only an ebook. Please avoid.

In the description of the book it is offered as a hardback. Even the shipping address I put was clearly a different one as I was sending it to my 96-year-old mother for her Christmas present. But no, I got a digital download and after I told them that this was absolutely useless as my mother didn’t use an E reader they did absolutely nothing and refused to refund me. My money. This company is a scam. Do not use them. They’re not even the cheapest for an e-book. I am so disappointed I have now had to spend extra money on buying the actual book at £18 for my mum. Buyer beware. THIS COMPANY IS NOT TO BE TRUSTED THEY WILL NOT SEND YOU A BOOK. THEY WILL SEND YOU A DIGITAL BOOK.

Absolutely shocking customer service. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS ORGANISATION. I put in a google search to order a hardback book, when I clicked it took me straight to the order page and I ordered what I thought was a paperback book. I had some difficulty trying to pay for the book, however after several attempts, purchased what I thought was the hardback. Approx 10 days later I hadn't received the book so tracked my emails to discover it was an eBook. Slightly annoyed but acknowledged my part in this. However when I checked further I could see I had paid for 3 due to the issues with payment. I contacted the organisation to ask if I might get a refund, they refused. Organisational greed precedes customer service. Do not loose your money!!!!!

Absolute scam. Instead of a hardcopy book you receive an ebook. Even that didn't arrive until pressed for it. They wouldn't refund me my money even after sending their so called 'hardcover' book. Total scam.

Same as other comments here - it was not made clear that l was buying an ebook. I have asked for a refund and will change my rating if they honour that

DO NOT USE!!! This appears to be a scam company. I ordered a physical book for a present for a friend. An ebook was sent. Chased countless times explaining the situation and got same response every time. Not willing to refund or provide what we ordered. I asked for a copy of my order to prove what we ordered and they ignored. Last chance for a refund before I go all over socials with this....

I wish I had read reviews before buying from this website. I too was duped into thinking I was buying a physical book when it was an ebook. They gave me a choice to select hardcover or digital somi selected hardcover expecting something in the post. I even checked all their shipping information but after purchase was sent a download link. I contacted them to try and resolve this and they just stated I had bought an ebook and were unwilling to help me

Like other customers, I found it impossible to find a statement on Rilonson website that they only sold e-books. Only after making a purchase and asking when the book would delivered was I told it was an e-book. And even the e-book wouldn't download properly. This in my opinion is a scam.

I have had the same experience as the other reviewers. I was duped. Nowhere on the website does it state that its an ebook. I also entered a shipping address, for what? I bought a hardcover copy of the book and received an ebook instead?! Now they are ignoring my emails. Their website is false advertising! They will not give refunds! DO NOT USE! RIP OFF!

Same as others. Hardback books are not sent.

Scammers, they sell ebooks advertised as physical books. Avoid!

ordered a book for xmas -hard cover.
when it was not received i contacted them by e mail, wrote to them(no reply) and phoned them (answerphone)
i emailed them a few times and they said i had ordered an e book.i have looked at the site and there is no mention of an e book.
i asked for a refund and they said they dont do refunds

I definitely ordered 2 hard back books.. I have had the same response as everyone else. Refund refused. So annoyed. Scammer company. Avoid!!!

They are a scam company based in Poland. DO NOT ORDER BOOKS WITH THIS COMPANY THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT DELIVER.

I paid about £1 less than other online bookstores (bargain) for a book for my children... or not. Having waited a couple of weeks for the book not to have arrived, I went back to the order and saw that although I had given delivery address etc, the receipt gave me a link to a download of the book. Grumble, grumble. False advertising springs to mind...

Website advertises hardcover books which I bought in good faith as a gift. An ebook link was sent. I did not request or want this. Refund refused. Reported to trading standards and bank. Once their error found I searched online for reviews and this misleading of customers is not a one off

Extremly dissapointed and misleading. They are letting you choose hardcopy for your book, fill in a delivery address, etc and then they send you a link for an online book. They have a standard template to all my complaints. Refusing to provide a refund!

I ordered a hardback book 2 weeks ago. Emailed to see where it was. I was told it was an e-book.

I knew it had ordered a hardback. But gave them the benefit of the doubt and *stupidly* did it again. Taking great care to check and double check i had clicked 'hardbook'.
I went straight to the email conf, and there it was again, download.

Im furious

I emailed them for a refund and was told not possible and instructed how to to download and read an e-book.

As with everyone on here, wish id read reviews.
