The products I received are great. However, I received a wrong item and they do not respond to emails. It has been a month and I have sent many emails. The only response I got was when I called and left a voicemail, but then when I replied immediately to their response, they never responded again. I love the items I have gotten but I have spent an insane amount of time and energy trying to get my correct item because the customer service is horrible

The 2027 planner options are awful, for some reason there is only ONE option for the 12 month non-academic appointment book and it doesn't match any of this year's offerings, such as sage hydrangea - the only option is the book themed one - the hydrangea print is an option for the ACADEMIC appointment book but the school year dates are useless for most people

I don't know if this means they are planning to phase this option out for planners but if so I will need to take my business elsewhere as I have used this specific planner only for years and the spiral bound ones fall apart and don't last. Poor decisions.

The patterns from Rifle Paper Co. are just beautiful. I have the peacock shower curtain and it's amazing - it lit up my bathroom so well! Great quality too. The customer care team clearly wants the best for the customers, which is a huge bonus.

Great website. Love all of the options for their various patterns. I bought peacock sheets, coordinating fitted sheet in striped pattern shown with peacocks on website. Had to have the peacock shower curtain too! Quality is great! Colors are fantastic! I never would have mixed patterns for the sheets, but they look fabulous together

I love Rifle Paper Co. They have such creative products with great quality. I am always thoroughly impressed by each and every product I have purchase from them. Their products make the every day life feel special. I will continue to always purchase gifts and every day products from them. They have tremendouos customer service and speedy delievery.

My ordeal turned out to be from a fraudulent company. I thought I was buying from the Rifle Paper Warehouse. Rifle Paper was very nice when I contacted them. Be careful out there, everyone. Fraud is abundant. This review is for how nice and helpful customer service at Rifle Paper was when I contacted them.

They are selling things they don’t have. They do not indicate at the point of purchase that an item is on back order. Poor response time. No updates. Not a good way to run a business.

Absolutely the WORST. Ordered rifle paper through a vendors website. Vendor was amazing. The actual wallpaper is horrible. It's peeling off our walls when we did every single step correctly. It's peel and stick and it's not sticking. On top of that, we needed a tiny bit more for our wall where we decided to continue wallpapering. We ordered one more roll back in middle of October. It is now almost the second week of January and my "delivery" date KEEPS getting pushed out. I never had such a bad experience with a company that is so nonchalant about their products and orders. I've reached out to their customer service reps and the vendors reps. Rifle paper couldn't care less. The vendor is massively apologetic and also frustrated with this company. Speaks volumes.

I was nervous to order from this company based on TrustPilot reviews but I couldn't find the wrapping paper I wanted anywhere else. I have to say everything was seamless from order to delivery. I got a confirmation of order email, soon after a notice of shipping and then an email that my order was out for delivery. I'm not sure what else they could have done better and the wrapping paper is beautiful.

J’adore leurs produits, ils sont originaux et de bonnes qualités. En revanche, le prix de la livraison pour la France? Je n’ai JAMAIS vu ça, même sur d’autres marques qui expédient des états unis et sur des articles plus gros. Les concepts store français les revendent hors de prix, mais on a pas les frais de port. Si on commande pour 150€ sur le site, on a 130€ de frais de port!!!! J’ai contacté le service client qui s’en fiche. J’imagine qu’au prix de leurs produits ils peuvent se permettent de vivre confortablement sans avoir à prendre en compte l’avis des clients

They take weeks to ship pre-made items (and charge for shipping). They’re one of the companies that pretends orders that haven’t been processed magically can’t be cancelled. Customer service is very rude.

Update: finally received the order on 8/26. The hat has visible glue where the brim meets the cap. The embroidery is loose and unraveling. Threads are loose in several spots. To wait all the time, be told they can’t ship, they can’t cancel…then to receive a defective item is so disappointing. Their CX has also sent me emails and voicemails about my original review - I don’t appreciate being harassed.

Still haven’t received my package order placed on the 24th. They use snail mail to get the cheapest rates possible. Now, they are saying delivery eta is 6/6. Vote of no confidence. What a joke! Never order again, unreliable.

Terrible delivery service. Takes weeks and weeks just to get an overpriced ball cap. I’ve received endless emails about delivery date and time only for delay after delay. Never ordering anything ever again. Still no ball cap.

I'm pretty sure they did a bait & switch on me. I clicked on a rug that was 5X7 that clearly stated it was $52.50 so with the tax and the $20 and was charged $20 shipping it was nearly $80. What I received was a 2x5 rug that weighed 3.5 lbs! I had first fell in love with these rugs when I saw them at Home Goods. Luckily I went to a different store & found the exact one I was looking for for $79 and they actually had the one the sent for $19! Shady company to buy from, buyer beware.

After many emails and phone calls, no one has responded. Mailed them back. NO REFUND YET. Customer service nonexistent.

Terrible shopping experience and overwhelmed customer service team. If I could give 0 stars I would. Placed an order on 11/27. Received it 12/10 and it was someone else’s order. Immediately email asking for my order to be shipped. EOD 12/11 they reply that part of my order is sold out now so they’ll refund me for those items and reship the balance and I’ll get a tracking email when it ships. Crickets. I email on 12/11 asking if other colors can be swapped for my out of stock items, and then again on 12/15 and 12/17 asking for the status of the reshipment. Finally today, on 12/19 I receive a tracking number that was created today! 8 days after them saying a reshipment is being made and they haven’t even shipped the order. There’s now no chance these items can be delivered to me and I can wrap and resend them from NV to NY in time for Christmas. You can’t reach them via phone and they are slow to reply by email. I’ve asked for a refund, I don’t need the items anymore and will never purchase their items directly from their website in the future. I will call my bank if I do not have a response today.
