I would never have been able to download the upgrade for our colorgate software had it not been for Eduardo Razo. He patiently helped me over the course of 2 days to try to get the download to work the way it needed. He was persistent in working out all the kinks as well as being very patient with someone who is unfamiliar with the program and had to be walked through the process with baby steps. I'm sure he had frustration with some aspects of it because it wasn't as cut and dry as it should have been but he never let his frustration show if he was. He checked on us through email to see if we had gotten any more information from the Colorgate staff about the kinks and when it finally came through he didn't stop until it was finished. He also then took the time to walk me through all the necessary steps to make the best dtg/dtf's for our customer. I would give him 5 stars and will always ask for him in the future if there are anymore issues we need help with

I think it's very good service, they helped me a lot with what I needed, excellent service without a doubt.

I want to thank Antonio and Ricoh for always being there when needed. My machine has been working for long time with little to no issues. This Ri1000 machine had help growing my business successfully. I recommend this printer to other people.

I've talked to Luke twice now and each time he's been outstanding. He's a wiz, definitely knows his stuff. We were panicking and each time he's guided us to perfection.

I can't tell you how much help Eddie is. Completely patient and makes it very easy to fix any issues.

James was very knowledgeable and patient with the install. He took his time and made sure I understood each step as we did it. If I didn't understand a step, he went back and should me again. Very professional, and very friendly.
